Very polite young lady
Very polite young lady. She saw me removing a saucepan from the display, she approached me and offered information on the product. I was impressed by her willingness to help. I have a number of your pans and love them. I don’t recall her name, however I would like to say she is a credit to Procook.

Very helpful staff and advice
Very helpful staff and advice. No pressure which was great, and a good explanation of the options available to me. I ended up buying a manual vegetable chopper which has proven invaluable for preparing soup which was the intention.
