Katie and her colleagues are great.
Katie at the Cotswold Design Outlet and her colleagues were a joy. They couldn't be more helpful. Every one was cheerful and seemed more than happy to serve us. They are all great!!!

The additional plates were supposed to…
The additional plates were supposed to be non stick but we used it first time followed the instructions and my steak stuck to the plates I buy stuff from pro cook and normaly am very impressed but on this occasion my pannini press let me down I defiantly would consider wether to buy a similar product in the future as overall the press is good but the additional plates let me down
