Collecting information
I’ve bought sink protector mats in the past. They fell apart very quickly compared to old ones bought from another retailer. They were returned. They need better quality mats.
I bought a nonstick pan with great reviews on a third part website. Never tested the quality myself because they insisted on an email address for the warranty to kick in, as that’s the way they keep track of warranties. Not receipts but emails. So I was told.
I returned the pan immediately. Not appreciating another company collecting info they can use / sell on.
On the up.
The manager and salesperson were friendly and helpful. The shops are stocked well.
