Lovely clean store with a good.
Lovely clean store with a good collection of kitchen paraphernalia. So based on this I could have given a 5 star rating.
However as my Wife and I were browsing for at least 20 minutes and we were not acknowledged or approached by any member of staff I’ve only given a 4 star rating. It was quiet at the time of our visit.

Sturdy well built caffetiere
Popped in to pick up a caffetiere. They had a nice selection that were fairly priced. Very happy with the purchase I made and the staff were also friendly

The member of staff who assisted us was…
The member of staff who assisted us was polite and courteous throughout our visit, even though the store was very busy she made sure we were able to take our time. We were after a specific product which was not on display, she checked the stock list, established there were two in stock and was able to ensure we left the store with all the items on our list. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from the moment we entered the store to payment she did her best to make sure we were able to choose, ask questions and decide on our purchases without any pressure, answering our questions without hesitation and demonstrating good knowledge of the products she was there to sell.

Hi everything was good apart from my pans have a scratch on them and live 50 miles away from freeport.I can't travel all that way for a scratch and is on the edge of a frying pan and you didn't see it till you opened them.
