It is with great pleasure for me to express my OUTSTANDING customer experience given by James the manager at the ProCook store at the Manchester Armadale branch. WOW WOW WOW the absolute professionalism demonstrated by James was second to none! I absolutely love the ProCook brand as it is reliable and excellent value for money. I have just bought a new home and needed to purchase a large quantity of ProCook pots and pans. James really listened to and understood my needs. His communication was effortless, clear and concise. James’ knowledge of the ranges of all ProCook products and how they functioned was to an extremely high level. He 100% knew his stuff! He helped and guided me in selecting the right products that suited my needs. My products are FANTASTIC! What a lovely, warm, friendly, genuine, happy, highly professional individual.
