Communication was very quick and accurate. The recruiter accommodated short notice meetings and was able to get me in front of the people I needed/wanted to speak with.

My experience with Proclinical Staffing was mixed. While the team members were friendly, the overall communication and organization were lacking. I frequently received duplicate calls and texts from different people asking the same questions, which made the process confusing. There was no clear point of contact, and during the week of my anticipated start date, I was bombarded with urgent requests at the last minute—including on a Friday evening—leaving little time to respond appropriately.

Additionally, there were communications about my start date happening without me included, which caused confusion on the employer’s end. My supervisor at Henry Ford reached out to ask for clarity, as they were receiving conflicting information. This highlighted poor coordination between Proclinical and Henry Ford. Despite submitting all necessary documents, key information—like badge access and email setup—didn’t carry over, delaying my ability to work on my first day. In the end, everything got sorted out, but the process felt disorganized and could benefit from clearer communication and better internal alignment.

Working in the biotech industry, especially right now, is tough. Anderson and Jerome were two of the people I had most contact with through out my hiring process, and have been extremely helpful and supportive along the way, being able to get me my preferred shift.

When my contact shifted from Jerome to Anderson, he helped me navigate the hiring process, keeping me regularly updated but also in my opinion, going above and beyond for me which was absolutely not necessary. He supported me when I had car issues that almost had me declining the job offer, but instead he was able to push back my start date for me!

Anderson has been absolutely lovely to work with, and I cannot recommend him, or the company more than I already have.
