Janelle Jones

Janelle, the recruiter, was very professional and responsive. I was hired! The back office operation is also very professional and quick to respond to any questions. My experience with ProClinical has been great so far and looking forward to working with them for quite some time. Highly recommended.

Communication and Insight

The consistency in providing updates. The whole team has been very communicative and provided great insights and tips as I went through the process. This was my first time ever doing a contract type of work but the team was patient with all of my questions and left me feeling like I was able to make a well informed decision.

Excellent Service

I had the pleasure of working with Harry Budge, to secure a role and I cannot recommend him and the Proclinical team highly enough. From the very first conversation, Harry was incredibly professional, friendly and genuinely invested. He provided insight, guidance and assistance and was extremely responsive. I was kept in the loop at each point in the process, so I never had to wonder where I stood. Thank you Harry, it was a great experience dealing with you.

Ciara was AMAZING

Ciara was really really nice and very helpful. Before every interview she would check in and go over what things I need to focus on.
Even after i got the job, she still followed up and checked in.
I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Great collaboration

I am grateful for the collaboration with Proclinical and that I have met James. He is a very dedicated person, indeed. He is a good listener and I felt I have all his suport during the process.

Ed Little was extremely supportive and…

Ed Little was extremely supportive and encouraging, even when I doubted myself. Also Brigitte Walters always found find to explain any questions I had regarding the administrative side. It was a short time but I truly appreciate all the dedication from both Brigitte and Ed. Thank you.

Great communication and experience

I had a wonderful experience working with Proclinical. The team was very communicative during the interview and negotiation process, especially Anthony Rabinkov, and I was able to land the position I applied for.
