I ordered online, it said package delivered, the package was in fact not delivered and was never received

How is everything I expected of Amazon when it was still the best place to shop online. Free two day overnight shipping on even low price items and the tempered glass screen protector was well packaged with clear instructions on installation. Will buy again in the future.

I ordered a Gen4 case instead of M4.
original order process not up to standard of other online sellers. didnt include immediate estimated delivery date.
return process a pain while agent was cordial.
a small item but I resent a 15% re-stock fee when i think the difference between a Gen4 and M4 is not common knowledge to non-tech folks like myself. My time is valuable to me and evidently not to Procase.
re product quality- pretty good and i like that its a 360 rotating case without a trackpad ( which i find of little use on an ipad attached to case.)
I've owned a procase 360 before and found it of high quality and I'm hooked on 360 rotation to allow easy switching between reading position and typing position.
wish they had a version for the "M4". they don't.
probably won't buy from them again due to glitchy sales confirmation/shipping date process and difficulty with return.
Procase- how about something like- "I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand that the difference between the M4 and Gen 4 models can be confusing. please return for a full refund"

BE VERY careful. If the product is unsatisfactory, their return policy is such that it may not even be reasonable to return it. ON a $16 purchase I was expected to pay return postage ($10.50) and be charged a 15% restocking fee ($2.40) for a actual refund of $3.10. I'E', not worth the time or effort

2nd case I have bought here, first one lasted the entire 5yr life of the tablet.

The case fit fine. There is no provision to use the case to prop the iPad up for viewing, etc.There is no provision while propped for turning the iPad from horizontal to vertical for viewing or using a program. The stylus constantly gets knocked off, my Targus used to partially protect the stylus and prevent this. The case is somewhat hard to hold while operating the iPad. The case does it’s basic job of protection but not much more.

Excellent product. Solid build and fits the iPad perfectly. It shipped and was delivered within a week. Some reviews mention fingerprint smudging on the back of the case, which does happen, but for $12 with the discount, it’s a bargain. Thank you, ProCase!

The case was harder than expected. It was sort of awkward. I was looking for a collapsible case.

As i had the Switch 2 on pre-order i was looking for a good protective case. You want to protect your investment from the harsh environment and falls. I stumble on Procase website by doing a general search for cases. After seeing this case i knew that this was the case i wanted and needed. No other case had the space and the protection this one provided. It fitted all my games from Switch 1, and not only do the joycons fit but also the AC adapter and cable. Something that most Switch 1 cases never offered. In a smaller compact size that is. Procase has delivered the perfect case for your Switch 2. The one for all case, dont hesitate just buy it.

I like the red Fanny packs that I ordered. It appears to be made with durable materials. The zippers open and close easily. I am very impressed with how quickly I received them. I would definitely purchase again.

I received my item, but it was not what I expected it to be at all. After reading the return policy, which states having to reach out to their email, I have e-mailed them twice already and never heard back. I've tried to call them, but it says the number isn't available. The two week window of returns is clearly coming to a close, and I still don't know how to proceed. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, which is why I've tried to reach out to them multiple times. But I'm out of the money, still have an item I don't want, and it's really unprofessional. Zero stars from me.
