Great customer service

I have never had a bad experience with Procare. The company always give great customer service, are helpful and professional.
I deal with Alan often and find him a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service

We use Pro-care to supply us for our disability wet room adaptations. Always received a professional and helpful response to ensure we have the correct materials when these are needed. We also have great relationships with the sales team who are always happy to assist and advise.

I have been dealing with Procare for…

I have been dealing with Procare for over 5 years and have always had great service from them.Their products are good quality,priced well and have a great range for all adaptations.If I need something they’ll try their best to get it out next day,the local rep ,Rachel,comes out regularly to make sure everything is working well with orders and service,putting ideas to their bosses in regards to design and ease of use from our experience using products.I can do orders via email and Josh always makes sure the order and delivery goes smoothly,all in all a positive experience always

I've had the pleasure of working closely with ProCare for the past couple of years, and I can confidently say they are an outstanding company to collaborate with. They are incredibly helpful, fast, and approachable, always going above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. Whether it’s a quick request or a more complex task, they always deliver with reliability and efficiency. Their team consistently exceeds expectations, and I couldn’t ask for a better partner. Highly recommend!

Consistent Quality and Service for Nearly Two Decades

I’ve used PROCare for the past 18 years while working for various companies fitting wet rooms. They’ve consistently supplied everything we’ve needed — sanitaryware, level-decks, shower screens, shower seats and more. Deliveries and collections have always been smooth, and on the rare occasions an issue has arisen, it’s been resolved quickly and without hassle. Highly recommended.

I used to deal with AKW

I used to deal with AKW. No more. Procare (Josh in particular) are great. They are consistently going the extra mile for me and are so personable in dealing with me. I've even had the opportunity to head to their facility and look at some of their installs. I cannot speak more highly of this organisation. Absolutely fantastic.
