I am sorry that you are experiencing mixed results from our products. Often it can take a few days for the gut microbiome to adjust to the friendly bacteria. Any side effects usually subside after a few days but this can vary between individuals as our gut microbiomes are unique.
Our Head of Nutrition offers free 1:1 nutrition consultations in which she can offer advice and guidance on how to help manage constipation. It may be a case of making some small adjustments to your diet or lifestyle. You can schedule a call with Rebecca via https://calendly.com/rebecca_probio7 or email her at rebecca@probio7.com.
Alternatively, if your symptoms do not subside in the next couple of days or you are in too much discomfort we would recommend stopping the supplement and we can recommend some alternatives that may be more suitable.

Friendly bacteria supplements work different from person to person, as everyone’s gut microbiome is unique. That means that what works for one person may not work the same for another. Scientists are still unsure as to why the same formula may not benefit individuals in the same way.

We try to communicate as clearly as possible that the first month of our subscription service is at the trial price, with subsequent months' returning to 20% off the RRP.
Our introductory offer is in place to allow as many people as possible to see if Probio7 is right for them, as we know that everyone responds to friendly bacteria supplements differently. Subscriptions can be edited, paused or cancelled at any time.
We do our best to inform customers that they have an upcoming subscription charge by sending them an email notification 3 days before their next subscription date. We will work on making this clearer to customers as we move forward

The best probiotyk ever
I suffered from bloating and constipetion. The Probio leaflet came through the ketter box. I read it and decided to give it a try. I strat using Probio7 Advance 3weeks ago. After taking it for few days I’ve noticed that I don’t feel bloated and I empty my bowel every morning. I’ve been using a lot of different things before but nothing helped. Probio 7 Advance is the one. Thank you Probio team.

I can't honestly feel a great deal of…
I can't honestly feel a great deal of difference but maybe more going on than I know. Its early days yet only my 3rd week. They don't upset my tummy in anyway so can only be doing me good. Here's hoping
