It's not been shipped yet after a week
Ordered this a week ago, and apparently it's not even been shipped yet. Since this is an international order to the US, I anticipate it will take a while to get here... when they actually mail it! Just wanted to warn people if they are buying internationally not to order this if you need it fairly quickly!

I cannot get the dropper out of the lid to be dispense the drops :(

The lid is designed to ensure that the dropper stays sterile however, in rare cases this can cause the dropper to get stuck in lid. We’ve just sent you an email with tips to get the dropper out of the lid.

Package not arrived since ordering it 3…
Package not arrived since ordering it 3 days ago although I was told it had shipped. Then I have to download another app to track it! Did that but the link I was given to track my parcel didn't work on the Post office site so I'm none the wiser as to where my package even is! I've deleted the tracking app off my phone....totally useless.
I've emailed so hopefully someone will respond.

The yogurt maker is simply brilliant
The Probio7 yogurt maker is just fantastic - so easy to use and it makes the best yoghurt I’ve ever had!!
I decided to purchase this after seeing Rebecca demonstrate online how to use it and seeing the different recipe ideas she has created. I have copied some of these and they’re delicious. Wouldn’t have crossed my mind to buy without seeing this, so thank you, Rebecca!
I also subscribe to receive probiotics on a monthly basis. At the start, when I had some questions, Rebecca was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and prompt with her responses.
Highly highly recommend the yoghurt maker and Probio7 overall.

Love this yoghurt kit
Brilliant yoghurt maker. All the ingredients are already in the kit so easy to get started. Just had to mix up, plug in and go. The yoghurt tasted great. So creamy! I’ve been having it for breakfast with granola and fruit but going to try their choc dip recipe! Will definitely be getting more of the jersey milk and starter - fab product for looking after your gut
