Privalgo combines market-beating exchange rates, intuitive tech platforms and a tailored personal service to give our clients the most rewarding foreign exchange experience. We believe that there is a story behind every currency conversion. Whether that’s a business opening its doors to the wider world or a family buying a home abroad. We understand that people are at the heart of these transactions. So, that’s how we treat our clients — as people. Each Privalgo client gets their own personal Relationship Manager. We get to know you, your story and your foreign exchange requirements. The way we see it — that’s the only way we can create you truly bespoke solutions. Privalgo’s clients can see exactly what exchange rates are available to them. Moreover, they can see the rates at which we can buy them. This means no game playing — you’re in control. Thank you Privalgo
I recently purchased a property in France and used Privalgo to exchange the funds. It was a one of experience for me and I was very nervous about moving my money. Privalgo, in particular, Richard Brown guided me through this process with great advice and provided excellent exchange rates and it really is easy to use

Lying on the phone
Cold calling companies, pretending they have spoken to the directors but it's just a lie to get through to them. They simply look up the directors on companies house. What an awful way to get business!

Louis service is second to none.
I Made my first exchange with Privalgo this week. Louis was excellent. Walked me through the process, explained to me the rate and how Privalgo make their money. With the service I received the rate became secondary, even though they were a lot cheaper than the competition. Will be using again!!! Extremely happy.
