I bought a Disco from Priory Cars and they were super professional and handled the transaction excellently.

Ashley, made the transaction very very smooth I cannot fault his approach the professionalism used and just all round care and the non pushy approach.

I had a video of the car sent to me very quickly and a very detailed one and then a video call to show me around it even further.

Needless to say I bought the car and would highly recommend Ashley and Priory top draw and many thanks the car was exactly as described and in the videos.

Ashley was very helpful and assisting. I saw a blue Mitsubishi barbarian online and there was quick and good communication to come and view the vehicle. Upon viewing the vehicle it was exactly as described and pictured. Quick and easy process to purchase the truck and very happy with everything.

Travelled from Newcastle to Bedford , The car had been driven and engine already warmed , had a drive seemed fine, then took it home .Next day left for over seas trip for 3 weeks when i got back i Found a lot of faults with the engine on cold, Air con didnt work few other issues . When i brought this up with the seller they said it was outside of 30 days and immediately said claim on the warranty bbasically as most reviews say, he didnt want to know and i had little chance of a refund it seemed . When i went into a dispute with Loans365 finance they didnt really want to know either . The car is only just now getting repaired under the warranty. Ash did offer to swap but at a cost , that i covered the mileage i had travelled which would have cost £2000 extra , Single parent it was my only form of transport so was in a proper corner. I was sold a lemon and this experience has left a very bitter taste ,make sure you test drive even get professional help on your car purchase.

The guy was extremely rude. We had an emergency and had to cancel our appointment. We also also trust with this company after reading reviews. It was a very hard to get our "refundable deposit" back, where Ashley got very aggressive and rude.

I would avoid this garage for peace of mind.

Good customer service and solid communication. Vehicle exactly as pictured and described with full service history and proof. Vehicle has 2 weeks left on MOT and a new 12 month MOT was provided with the car on the day. Overall very good company to deal with and very professional.
