I want my refund!

Customer Service is terrible, I ordered a picture blanket for my Nephews funeral and I was told it wouldn’t make it in time and couldn’t change the delivery options. So this AI bot they have you texting with “Hannah” said they would refund this one and for me to order another one with rush delivery. So I did that, and both was delivered within a day apart🤦🏾‍♀️. The 1st one was to be cancelled and refunded!!! Now I’m going back and forth with them about this. Beware of this company if you could use someone else then do so!!! Grieving and disappointed!!!! I also have screen shots of emails and product charges.

Not all my canvas prints arrived

Not all my canvas prints arrived. I reported this 3 times. Got an automated note they would look into it, but never did. Also, I had voucher for free shipping but was still charged. Again, no response from company!

Great gift!

The creation process was easy, and the product shipped quickly for a custom item. The blanket came out great and looked exactly like my design.

Complete lack of support or interest in helping

Their support appears to be great here, once someone complains about the service, but forget about getting any support while you're actually trying to use a Groupon or while building the photobook on their site.

They have a "callback" support option but never receive a call, even after multiple requests. Their system for managing groupons is terrible - dates that say they expire in 01-01-1900.

There are too many alternatives out there. Stay away from this one.

Inability to get customer service for quality issue

Beware of dealing with Printerpix if you have a quality problem with your order, despite their website guarantees. I would make this score zero if I could, on the basis of a total inability to get customer service for a quality problem I've experienced with two of their photo blanket products that I ordered 12 days ago, despite their claims of a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have been emailing for over a week, and keep being told to fill in an online form despite telling them repeatedly that a glitch in the form not recognising my order number is preventing me from doing this. I suspect I have been dealing entirely with AI sending me these futile email responses, many of which are clearly automated. Their website is totally misleading in its suggestion that you can 'connect with an agent', 'request a callback', 'submit a ticket for customer service': these involve the same defective online form and none of them have produced support for me over the past 6 working days I've been repeatedly trying to report and resolve my issue. I plan to report them to trading standards as a customer totally failed by this very misleading sales promise of customer satisfaction and service.

He pedido un libro de fotos. Me dejó bastante decepcionada. No hay ninguna posibilidad de ponerse en contacto con ellos si tienes dudas. Calidad de la encuadernación bastante cutre y en ningún momento te pone que a la hora de montar textos debes tener cuidado con los márgenes, en alguna página el texto quedo pillado por la encuadernación. En mi opinión no vale el precio que cobran...

Estafadores

Estafadores, solicité un pedido con un mes de antelación, me indicaron que se cancelaba ya que no llegaría en las fechas acordadas, luego me dijeron que eso me lo había dicho una IA y que no le hiciera caso, cuando yo ya había hecho el pedido en otro lado y ya lo tenia. Ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero de un pedido que nunca ha llegado. NADA PROFESIONALES! NADA SERIOS! ESTAFADORES

It's been 3 months since I chased a sitaution that has been going on since last year November! Nothing has been resolved. Still not got my refund from 2 damaged mugs, despite a response on Trust Pilot in January this year. Terrible company and experience. Wouldn't shop here again

A nightmare and a bunch of liars who steal from their customers

For approximately 7 months now I have been going back and forth with printed pics over a canvas unmetal that they did not send and I also paid for a hanger in the process of doing this I have received three damage canvas was instructed to sing pictures of it and now I'm asking to reset the video which I have already did Albert it's the guy that I have been communicating with along with Hannah my mom passed away in September and I entrusted them with a very personal picture of my deceased grandmother and mother which have been a nightmare to try to resolve they have treated me as if I was a thief when they had no problem with getting my money out of my account for having to ask me so run through hoops in order to get what I paid for and this economy no one should have to go through that when I've already provided payment for a service that has been pissed poor unacceptable and disrespectful that constantly use AI generated emails to communicate they don't answer the telephone will you call customer service this company is not to be trusted and they do steal from their customers beware I have done several reviews over the last 7 months because I'm still currently at 77 emails communicating with them about replacing the one canvas make it make sense do better printerpix let me add they also sent the replacement and was sent to the wrong address send me a picture from FedEx as it was my front door so I had to prove to them that that wasn't my front door that was some random person I had I don't even know

Product size is deceiving

Product size is deceiving. Ordered an 8x12 wall calendar. Nowhere in the description does it tell you each page is actually 8x6. 8x12 is total size when opened which is very unusual. It does tell you at the very end when checking out, but it's not something you'd notice. Now I have this tiny little calendar. Not what I would call a wall calendar. Going to pay now to have them redone somewhere else.

Blanket needs to be REPRINTED

Blanket needs to be REPRINTED. Posted previously and "Joey" from customer NO service claimed customer service emailed me to resolve the quality issue. Complete and utter BS. NEVER got an email. I have filled out 4+ "tickets" which have all been ignored. Pathetic customer service experience. Time to dispute the charge on my credit card or this company will just continue handwaving.
