Ive used Primrose quite a number of times to purchase both plants and other garden items and on the rare occasion Ive had to contact Customer Services the issue has been resolved speedily and courteously. You can really trust the quality of their products and I highly recommend them

As a company we have been purchasing our Electric remote controlled Sun Awnings for over 5 years from the trade division and have always had great service. Steve Siddle in sales has continued to go the extra mile and always helps and keeps you uptodate on progress with your order which to us is very important indeed. Over the odd time when things have not gone to plan with any of our orders, Primrose have always put matters right within days which gives us as company alot of confidence.
We would not purchase our Electric Awnings from any other supplier. Great Company.........

As an independent professional blinds company, trading for over ten years, I have used Primrose Awnings on numerous ocassions. I deal with trade contact Steve Siddle who is always extremely helpful and orders are swiftly dealt with. In all of that time, problems are rare, but dealt with quickly and soon rectified. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommended.

I would just like to thank Steve at Primrose for all his help he is very helpful and answers all my queries when I email, delivery is prompt and the products are great.

Having been messed around for many weeks now, since orderering on the 24th April I decided to ring, that was no good, can not even get a human, just you will have to ring back later and cuts off,so decided to log a complaint on your website ref 144871. I had no reply As it would appear yourself or primrose are just messing me about I will if not resolved there will be no warning in the next few days I will open a money court claim as advised as we have evidence we sent a reply accepting your offer of £70 compensation, as this appears not to be forthcomiing. Have to say your company is a bad company and no wonder trust pilot has so many dreadful reviews, fortunately I will never have to deal with you again , I got some confidence back when you offered the refund, however was short lived with no replies to any of my emails.of acceptance. I will now update the trustpilot review which sadly is dreadfull too.

I thought having in desperation written to head office give them a chance to reply, No reply, no change there, just as good as their so called customer service. I bought 3 blinds £1300 approx with 2 to 3 day delivery 4 days later I rang and asked for a tracking number, they couldnt even find the order, I rang again and was told it had been printed off but didnt know when I would get it it couple of days went by more calls , they still could not give me a tracking number, as it had not been picked, I cancelled the order as I had to go away. A day later I got an email saying it had been dispatched after being cancelled. I was furious, I rang them and said no one will be here. On the day I was leaving I had a text to say it would be here today, I had to cancel the scheduled meeting and break, to be here, I wrote to head office saying I wanted compensation, No reply, Thats the sort of company you are dealing with.One blind was damaged paid to have it fixed the other two have problems which may cause problems in the long term, there was no sense in ringing as you will get no help, I may as well speak to Monkey I will get as much sense, maybe more, there were many calls, too many to list, They offered a few pounds off initially but I refused and cancelled (wont be here) I reminded them of that they said you refused, Yes, but you went ahead causing me considerable inconvenience, so buy at your peril.!!

We ordered some planters from Primrose which we had an issue with two of them after several months. I spoke to a lady on live chat and sent in a photo of the problem. They replaced the planters straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend Primrose, I have had a few things from this company and will use them in the future.

Product on back order. Excellent customer service giving me options with prompt responses.

I contacted Primrose to ask estimated delivery dates and I received an extremely quick and very friendly response to my query. They are a very professional and excellent company and I am very happy to highly recommend Primrose and I am certainly going to purchase from them in the future.

I bought some fencing from Primrose. Had a problem with the delivery company but they were quick to sort it with some great customer service

Tree arrived really quickly , as did bedding plants slight delay on hanging baskets but customer service were great

Outstanding service was kept up to date regarding the status of the order and what more got it at a bargain price

Great service - emailed Primrose about a product, if it was suitable and what I was thinking of doing, I had some links to the site sent back to help me buy, only downside was it did take 3 days - but at least they got back with advice.

Dreadful company. Great until they get your money, then the troubles begin! Sent me part of my awning 18 months ago. Despite many pleas for help since, they have been unbelievably unhelpful. They really just don’t care! Avoid
