This is the second time we have used this company. Staff always polite, always on time. If they have to pick bits up on the way, you get a text with a start time. Pride Plumbing totally refurbished my bathroom which hadn’t been touched for over 40 years. It was in a shocking state and presented many challenges. As a woman on her own, it is important to feel comfortable with workmen in the house. From the start, Anthony , the office staff, and Chris who installed the bathroom, were professional, on time, respectful and dealt politely with my questions. The end result is superb, far beyond my expectation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing, especially to a woman alone.

Ripped out a bath and fitted a shower for a us. Did a fantastic job, and we now have an amazing shower. They're not the cheapest, but the quality is second to none.

Had a new boiler fit by Pride Plumbing during the first wave of lockdown 2 years ago. Were professional throughout and given the circumstances were unbelievably fast at fitting me in.

100% recommend Pride Plumbing. Immersion heater replaced, pipework neatly installed and pressure problem solved. Great service, all the team were friendly and explained the issues clearly. I won’t be going anywhere else for any plumbing work in the future.

I needed a new combi boiler so had Pride Plumbing services (whom I've used for over 10 years for various jobs) do the work. Chris Southall did a very neat job on the install, clean & tidy throughout He explained the functions & controls of the boiler and also programmed the thermostat. Highly recommended.

We have no hesitation in recommending Pride Plumbing.They refurbished our cloakroom toilet. Chris and Harry (who carried out the work) were efficient, punctual, polite and pleasant to deal with. We are delighted with the completed works and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Professional, reliable and prompt. Cleaned and hoovered up daily. Workmen are young, polite and respectful. Director Ant answered all of my questions and gave advice, he spoke on the phone for over 30 minutes answering queries, always messaged me back straight away or called, he arrived early to give a quote and removed his shoes without me asking. Rectified minor niggles and recommended a tile company with a discount and a fab electrician who arrived at short notice. Changed my mind about something and the bathroom fitters and independent electrician worked together to give me what I wanted, spot lit alcoves which look beautiful. Quality work, you get what you pay for! Certainly take pride in their work and that’s why it’s a successful business. One of the workmen did say of course you’ll get a cheaper quote but not the quality and I have to agree. Kept the lads topped up with tea, biscuits and bacon cobs and left them to it. Also left them in the house alone some times too as I could tell they were trustworthy. My bathroom looks like a posh top tier hotel in Mayfair! Very satisfied with their work and I have already recommended Pride Pluming to a colleague.
