I ordered a large parka, I wasn’t sure whether I needed a medium or not but had bought the large on a Black Friday deal. I contacted customer services and had an email conversation with Joseph who was really helpful , he suggested that I bought the medium at the full price and whether I returned the large or medium I could still have the Black Friday price.
When the medium arrived I decided to stay with the large but one of the buttons fell off the large. I went to a local menders and had the button sewn back on as it looked tricky , at the same time he told me that 2 other buttons looked like they were about to fall off (this was on a brand new coat) so he secured them for me.
I asked Joseph if there were spare buttons in case they fell off in the future, he checked with the warehouse and informed me there were no spares but offered me and additional 10% refund for my troubles.
It would be good if there were spares sent out with new jackets as they are ‘pretty green’ specific buttons .
Anyway I thought that Joseph was excellent and makes me feel that you as a company are easy to deal with which makes me inclined to use you again in the future for other products which is definitely the result of excellent customer service.
I have actually worn the jacket now and am very pleased with it.

First of all, THANKS for using a delivery service that does not add extra taxes at picking up, what unfortunately is happening in most of my shopping in UK products. Moreover, shipping price was free for Spain, and for that I thank you as well.
About the item I bought, I am very pleased with it, though it has a darker colour that the one portrayed in the web images, but it is very beautiful in any case, with a slightly golden tone.
The only downside is that it is made in China. I know most of the market products are nowadays designed in Europe and the UK and fabricated in Asia, but in my opinion it is best to pay more for Made in the UK/Europe products, plus it is more ethically and environmentally responsible. Many brands are starting to increase a little their prices but offering these type of conscious, more lasting type of products. Also, the box was SO BEAUTIFUL but arrived totally trashed, so I am very sad I cannot keep it :(

Received my order a few days before the Black Friday event with 30% off. Asked if they would honour the discount or shall I return and re-order, they responded to say yes I would have to return get a refund then start again. So much messing around so it was my first order and it is definitely my last. It would be so much easier all round to just refund the difference like the company I work for does to keep customers happy?!

I initially ordered online the oversized Lomas Parka which I found too long being 5 8". After returning it I decided to go to the Pretty Green shop in Manchester city centre. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Chris suggested me trying on the shorter Cooper parka. I did and it fit beautifully. I bought it straight away without needing to try on anything else. Some great looking clothes in there, and I will be back soon to make another purchase I'm sure.

Envoi rapide prix un peu élevé, mais en solde c'est très correct vu la qualité des produits. Des t-shirts acheté en 2013 ont à peine bougé !!je recommande.

Ordered 3 times and paid the extra for expedited delivery which was the next day - no delivery received, so emailed customer services and rang the customer support number with no response.
Your call always times out after 22.5 minutes - I have rang them each working day for the past fortnight and no one answers.
I have emailed customer support also about 3 or 4 times and strangely enough no response.
Last night though I got an email to say my order was on its way and would arrive today.
In the past hour the order has turned up but incomplete - the packing note has only two items listed and no mention of the third.
You can probably guess what happened next, yep, I tried calling customer services and after another 22.5 minutes on hold - ‘Sorry no customer advisors available’.

What are these guys playing at, no response to any communications over a two week period.

They probably believe the order has been completed but it hasn’t. The email last night saying that all my order was on its way contradicts the shipping note with only 2 items.

If anyone from the company out there is listening- would you kindly respond

Pretty Green is my go to label whenever my wardrobe needs updating. Fashion is very subjective, I get that, so I won't gush on about how amazing their lines are, they are though.

But, I will say, the way they run the business is second to none. 48 hour delivery as standard on all orders, which arrives in a beautiful branded box, with every item packaged perfectly in more branded, yet minimalist packaging. No space wasted, just wonderful stylish efficiency.

If something isn't right, or doesn't fit, they include a pre-paid postage label, so all you have to do is pop the item bag in the original packaging and take it to your local post office.

And yep, the clothes are excellent, well made and fit as they should.
