STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. Their items are made of cheap metal and the melds are not made properly. This metal bends like a straw. Didnt know you needed to disassemble this canopy daily when it takes 4 hours to setup. Their ground stakes failed because they dont give you the proper ones for this size of canopy.

Genuinely shocked by how bad this service has been.

I really like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the service and communication has been awful.

Bought a desk and bookcase with an expected delivery of 6 weeks. Three months later it has still not arrived. I had to do all the chasing. Was told it would "100% arrive" pending the availability of fuel. It didn't. I was then told there was a shortage of metal to make the items... this was a good two months after ordering. Was then told the desk would definitely arrive by DPD by last Friday. It has not. I'd asked for a refund on the bookcase which was granted via email... but the money has not arrived either.

We moved into a new house and need the desk to work on! I really regret splashing out on what appeared to a be a nice bit of furniture when I could have got something cheaper and more basic - at least we wouldn't be working on the kitchen table.

Awful service, am now having to pursue other means to get my money back.

Paid £400 for a “rustic style white desk” but instead received a thick lump of wood painted white. Genuinely could have done this myself for free had I went to the scrap yard with a tin of paint. They sent the wrong screws for the desk legs and I’ve raised this 3 or 4 times via email and phone but still nothing to resolve. Tried calling several times to chase but no answer. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Bought a single bed frame and desk and paid £670.
The night before the first promised delivery I skipped my sons bed and he's been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2 months!
The first delivery date was wrong, second delivery date I was given just a desk top, 3rd delivery date I was given the legs to the desk and some wooden slats for the wrong bed (still no bed), 4th delivery date was cancelled the night before, and today, their 5th attempt in 2 months, they have finally turned up with a bed and desk.
The bed is absolutely awful and looks nothing like the photos at all. It's really high and once the mattress is on there is looks absolutely ridiculous. As well as that, all the holes are in the wrong places and so when they assembled it for me, it's just all wonky and full of gaps. I'm really disappointed as well as annoyed at their awful response time to any communication. I just want my money back so that I can go elsewhere. Thankfully I used my credit card!!

Dinesh Don at Prestige Furniture in Berwick was the most Reliable. Helpful and Friendly Person I dealt with. He Had the Patience of putting up with my ‘No Shows’. Truly dealing with Dinesh was so easy. He was professional but kind and friendly. I will certainly recommend Prestige Furniture Berwick. Was a great experience. Cheryll. Repeatedly promised delivery timetables which were not met. Never got in touch with me proactively, so I had to chase him every time. When the desk arrived it wasn't the correct finish, and was really roughly sanded, so I had to go over it with my own sander.
Really embarrassing operation, no pride in what they do, and terrible communication.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I placed an order in January and was told it would arrive in three weeks. To cut a long story short I chased my order many times and the seller is out of touch. He does not reply to messages and his phone goes to voicemail. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Do not order from here! I’m now having to go bank to get my money back!

Avoid this company at all costs. Never received items. Have now taken further action to try & get refund. Telephone number disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER

We ordered a dining table and chairs on the 15th November 2019, I hadn’t seen any bad reviews and really like the table, but about a week after ordering and not hearing from this company about delivery I googled the company and noticed all these bad reviews how people hadn’t received their items etc, it’s now 14.01.2020 and still have not received anything, I have contacted this company a number of times via email, text and WhatsApp and had no reply!!! I can’t believe what a fraud this person is! It’s disgusting that a human being can rip people off like this, I really don’t know how they sleep at night. We are now out of pocket, I have now got my bank involved to try and get my money back as we are very hard working people and have a family to support we can’t just lose money like this!! So anyone looking to buy from this company I wouldn’t bother!!!!!

I can’t even begin to tell you the dismal service here. The company can’t afford to run a higher level business. He is a one man band. And can’t keep up with any of the orders. Broken promises and has left us without a table and chairs and no money back as of yet. I’ve spoken to the owner Jo on the online chat, and then gave me his personal mobile number to communicate. Which I find slightly odd as it is running a business. He promised the first time that I will have my set on 17th-20th December. And have spoke with him today in failure to proceed as the company he works with won’t release our funds to him so he can’t make a delivery date until they do so. And he can’t tell you when that will be. It’s so sad really as people that are reading this are probably already in this position. He did say he has now made a block on the website so no further payments can be taken. I hope this is the case for people. What a complete shambles!!!

I personally would not give this company one star but it’s the lowest rating offered.
We tried to purchase a dining set through the website but kept kicking us off so I contacted their email and within 30minutes we had a reply, he was offering us an additional 15% off if we made the purchase via BACS. I checked the website, they had a company registration number and all seemed legit, so we placed our order via bacs, we received a delivery date of the 18th of October. The day before delivery we received an email, apparently they were shutting down due to family problems and this is where it all went down hill. They stopped replying to our emails, the phone lines are not in use the mobile number goes to Tesco voice mail but If you message the live chat on the website saying you would like to place an order they will reply at once with no problem! Roughly two weeks ago, to my shock the owner Jo actually replied to an email asking for our contact numbers and actually phoned but he was so full of self pity, false promises and complete BS, he claims he has been reported for fraud and had his accounts frozen! I don’t believe a word of it!! This bloke is a full on con artist, he is running many different companies under different names one being serge living interiors on Facebook, he does not reply to that either. Now we are out of pocket just shy of £2000! Stay clear of this company they are full of BS and steal money off hard working people!!! Save yourself the heartache!

I ordered a dining set, can’t get hold of anyone on the phone, Whatsapp or email to confirm dates and I am now worried to read these reviews! I’ll have a ruined Christmas dinner if this doesn’t arrive as promised?!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY! I ordered a dining table on 10th August for £1300 it was supposed to arrive within 2 week period. Won't answer my calls it goes to Tesco mobile answer phone, lied about several different delivery dates. Still no table nearly 3 months later and they still won't give my money back. They won't reply to my emails at all. I don't know how they sleep at night. Disgusting. Taking money from people, still putting discount offers on their website and robbing people left right and centre! I have contacted the police

Great marketing, letter and text to attend sale preview; but lack of organisation and planning meant that the traffic chaos and queues were abysmal! Sale event very poor and price reductions were minimal, very disappointed as were many of the want- to - be customers!

In March we visited the store and found a TV unit we liked, which would match a dining table and chairs set which we purchased. The day after we visited, the TV unit had increased in price by £100 in order to be included in a promotion! (Promotion was buy 2, get 25% off) Manager would not honour the price we'd seen the day previously. We were advised that unless we wanted to buy another item of furniture and therefore save some money, we would need to wait until the promotion had ended & previous price was back. We gave our contact details and were told we'd be notified of this. Never happened. But we kept an eye on the website and purchased it as soon as we saw it drop back to the previous price (approx 6 weeks later) Ordered it, waited another 6 weeks then went to pick it up, got it home and it had faulty handles! Had to request member of staff to come and fix it. Rude, unapologetic staff. When I queried the "promotion" and increased prices I was aggressively told "it may not be right but it's no different to what Tesco do with their ready meals...!"
Prices seem to chop and change constantly. No sense of customer loyalty, very poor customer service. Would certainly never purchase here again.

Staff very helpful, delivered at a suitable date and time for me, two very helpful delivery men and the finished article is fantastic! Can’t rate highly enough!
