I don’t got the results in 3 hours time, test results come after 13 hours from time I submit them on their website. I have all emails I sent trying to get help:

I and my husband was already on way to airport, we went back home, to take pictures and send them back, expecting to have results. No way!

I was impressed at the speed of the return of my results. In fact I need not have activated my kit as promptly as I did, and could have left it until the next day even.

We sent three tests off together, I received my results within 24 hours. However my wife and daughters didn't come through in time. Infact they took more than 48 hours, which is over the valid time to have a test before you leave. My wife phoned at midday on Saturday and was told they hadn't even been scanned in. Totally unacceptable as we were then charged a fee of £90 pp to have a lateral flow test which we was told wasn't acceptable to travel with. A total rip off as both companies are one of the same . We shall be taking this further as it put a right dampener at the start of our holiday.

A nightmare trying to download the covid results, 17 times most of the day backwards and forwards to their website and Disney even got our daughter to look into it , I got cleared but my husband got rejected, asking us to do another test at the port 🙈😡🥵

They made an awful experience quite pleasant! Having the test and then sending it off fir the results is always nerve racking, especially when you have to travel. Trustpilot web site was clear and concise and got the result back pronto! Thanks.

Terrible service after one of four tests was lost. Left waiting for answers for 2 hours after contacting the morning of our cruise. Told one test was lost 30 mins before boarding for cruise. No apology given. Told we would receive an email confirming this LFT would be ok, email never arrived. Then told by an awesome estate agent in Southampton that the lateral flow from Boots would do anyway by the operator. Bought LFT from Boots to be told this is not ok and not accepted. Had to rush to a proper organisation to get another test completed before boarding. TERRIBLE RUDE AND UNSUPPORTIVE STAFF. Will never use again and will ensure everyone knows about the terrible service. Plus this cost nearly £250 for four tests with no refund!!

Excellent customer service. I’d forgotten to activate my account before returning the test. Customer service took me through the whole process then linked my returned result to the account. Removing a lot of stress the day before we traveled

Received the test promptly and able to accurately track the delivery. Posted back at approx 4:30pm and received the result at 2:15pm the next day. Clear instructions, very good service.

Clear instructions, guide on telehealth very helpful. Certificate obtained in less than 3 hours.

Leaving at 6am on 21st July, posted on Monday 18th and scanned into laboratory at 8am Wednesday 20th. Did not get scanned into laboratory until 3pm 20th and this is when 24 hr starts. If had known this wouldn’t have done by post. No update on chat until after I’d left on holiday after paying again for in person tests

After seeing some poor reviews on Facebook, I was worried that we’d have trouble, but honestly the whole process went perfectly! We received the home testing kit the day after placing the order and after returning our sample the results were posted in less than 24 hours. The only thing we did was pay for our own guaranteed postage to make sure the sample arrived before 1pm, rather than relying on the free post label provided (which guarantees 24hr delivery). This would have been cutting it too close for our holiday.

Not fit for purpose.
Sent sample 3 days before travel - the maximum allowed by the destination country. Did not get result until on the way to the airport! Due to the delayed result, and no assurance it would come in time when we contacted the company a day before travel, we had to hurriedly arrange an express test with a different provider. This took 5 hours (due to travel to and from the test centre) out of our last day of the holiday and time with family we won't see for another year.
Customer care was very apologetic and tried to assist but the laboratory was not helpful at all. To their credit we were reimbursed for the test
Bottom line - will never use them again as they don't deliver the required service in time.

Shambolic. Ordered an observed PCR for an unvaccinated minor, as instructed by holiday company/government website, only to be told, when we logged into 'Zoom' that they don't do observed PCRs - even though this is what it said on the box. Paid £72.00 for an unusable test and now risk not being able to go on holiday. Customer services no help at all.

We posted our samples on Thursday and were updated Friday of receipt of sample and 3 hours later we received the results ! We definitely recommend and will use again in future
