Gleaming in every sense
I had recently left one cleaner due to unreliability. I saw Preen and Clean working on a neighbour's house. I saw how rigorously he worked. I took his details and then he gave me details of Preen and Clean. 1st 6 months discounted then full price. He came yesterday and the windows look gleaming! Very happy! Thank you.

What a difference!
I had my first wash with Preen & Clean last week, and was really impressed. My previous cleaner used a bucket and ladders, and I believe washed my windows with dirty water.
The difference with the hot water, and brushes used by Preen & Clean really made a massive difference. Leon, who did my windows, was very friendly. I am really pleased, and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely abismal customer service
Absolutely abismal customer service. Failed to arrive, said unable to complete with no explanation. I’d already paid as I’ve used this company for 40+ cleans. But even though I have messaged and rang no one comes back to me. Reorganised another twice and still not turned up with no explanation. Never had a problem before but feel as though I’m banging my head against a brick wall.

First Clean Done
Since moving into my new home, never had our windows cleaned. Based on people reviews / price we decided to give the company a go. I had my first clean done, and was very happy with the result. The guy who came round was very professional. Would recommend to use.

Disappointing
I was expecting a really good experience from Preen and Clean after all the stunning reviews but I’m afraid it hasn’t been great. I’ve had 4 cleans. The first clean was pretty good and communication channels reasonably efficient but trying to reorganise a visit with only a days notice last week was a nightmare. Recent cleans have left spider webs in some window corners and vertical lines of water spots on my windows. No response to email , WhatsApp not seen or responded to, telephone goes straight to answer machine though I did get a response to my phone message but too late to reorganise. Despite having managed to cancel my contract out of sheer frustration and request that the visit be cancelled, the agent still turned up to clean when I was on holiday and only half the number of windows to my house were accessible. Too much stress!

Hi Gillian, We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially after a positive first clean. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver.
Looking into your account, we can see that two of your cleans were rescheduled, one due to access issues on the street and another due to a technician falling ill. Unfortunately, these situations are sometimes out of our control, but both cleans were successfully rearranged and completed, and we weren’t made aware of any issues with those cleans at the time.
We’re also sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced when trying to get in touch. While our lines can be busy during the day, we do always return calls and we can see we attempted to call you back and requested further details via message, but didn’t receive a response.
In terms of the cleaning itself, we didn’t receive any reports regarding spider webs or spotting, and we would always encourage customers to let us know straight away so we can address any concerns promptly.
We sincerely apologise that the cancellation wasn’t processed correctly and that a technician attended while you were away, we understand how frustrating that must have been, and this should not have happened.
We’re really sorry things ended this way, but we would be more than happy to look into everything again and put things right if you’d consider giving us another chance. We wish you all the best for the future! Kind Regards, Preen & Clean
