Worst company when your item does not arrive!

Reached out to someone who responded very unprofessional about my parcel not arriving told to go look .. thats why I reached out!

3 emails asking for complaints still nothing. Will now reach out to trading standards. Plus anyone else that would help me get to the bottom of this..

I just want my items.. or a refunds ..

Purchased some make up palletes for Christmas presents. Because of the price and essentially getting them for a discounted website I thought the products may arrive damaged but decided to take a punt. They arrived well packaged in bubble wrap, it took just over a week but was ordered over black Friday.

I would happily order again.

First order ever with this company. Order was not received and the order was placed Mid-October. I contacted them and it took a week for a reply. They said they’d resend but did not provide tracking number. Has now been 2 weeks, and I’ve contacted them again but no reply this time. I’ve had to raise an issue with my bank as they’ve taken the money but have not supplied the goods!! Shocking service all round and I would avoid this company.

I've been a consumer of poundlashes quite a few times now, so much so they were the only lashes I wore for a substantial period of time and highly recommended to everyone. Up until recently I've never had any issues and always looked forward to my next delivery, however I placed a fairly large order to the sum of £150 discounted to around £125, after not recieving the items for a while I contact the customer services email to which I was told I need to wait 21 days from dispatch to report the order lost, which I have, I've now emailed several times and had just one reply asking for my shipping address which I then provided, I've heard absolutley zero else since so I've now taken to Facebook and again zero replies which is just awful, especially at this time of year when finances are tight to most. I've now had to claim the funds back via the bank due to the lack of customer service. I can't fault the actual products I've received in the past as I do love what I got, quality and prices are spot on, just a shame on my biggest order to date from them it goes missing and the experience of such poor customer service has made me think twice about repurchasing int he future

Always but the same eyeconic lashes but the last few times the lashes have been 2 completely different lashes so it looks like I'm wearing 2 odd lashes, why is this? Wouldn't say anything if it was just once but the last 3 times have been completely different so annoying

I loved the lashes, i got so many compliments people thinking its actual lash extensions and its so affordable especially for makeup artist they can get a whole bunch without spending a daft amount of money!!

Lashes very cheap, quality inconsistent, poor customer service. My email complaining about the lashes was ignored for 6 months, 3 chasing emails later and i receive notification of a refund, no apology nothing. outstanding.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago items still not arrived. Tracking number with royal mail doesn't exist. They don't reply to emails or Facebook messages. Seems like a complete scam.

Do not buy from here! I seen they have replied to a complaint on here saying they believe it’s false but the same thing is happening with me! And I can give all the proof needed… Definitely a scam! You pay, they “send it out” but the tracking doesn’t work, your parcel doesn’t arrive, you email and they tell you they can’t help and to wait 21 days, then there is no future communication. Honestly the stress isn’t worth the bargain you think you’re getting.

Ordered lipsticks that are sold out everywhere. Came super quick. Happy that they stocked it on their site.

My lashes was delivered in seven days which was okay but I received empty bottle instead of the glue for the lashes.I’m really upset because I paid for it. 😡😡

Beautiful lashes and so cheap. They came in a week and the packaging is beautiful too.
