I placed an order on the 22nd April and the order arrived quite quickly. I was super pleased with this. But there was a note inside saying that one of the items I wanted was out of stock and that I’d be sent the item soon. I waited until the 1st May and I emailed Poundlashes. I got no response. So I then messaged them on Facebook on the 13th May kindly asking where the missing item was. I got a reply on the 14th May from them apologising and saying that it would be sent out asap, and today is now the 28th May, I’m still waiting! I paid through Klarna so I’ll have to request a refund from them. The customer service is diabolical. I’m really disappointed and I would avoid this company!! The order number is 294242

Still have not received item. They will not

the terms and conditions !!!!!! So BUYERS

Received package sadly missing makeup.i have emailed several times .no one is getting back to me.avoid this company.i have read other reviews and same as happened to many others

Took over 2 weeks to arrive and when they did the product was very poor quality and a set of lashes were missing, they refunded me 99p lol joke

I did have to wait a while but actually it isn’t poundlashes fault as they dispatched my order a day after I ordered it did take a while through Royal Mail but all items came nicely packaged and just as expected. I did chase my order but I got swift responses from their email :). If you’re in a rush the delivery option is probably not the best for you. However if you can wait this is such a good Bussiness to order from. Cheaper prices and good value makeup all items came in perfect condition

Ordered eyelashes and some makeup products. Received the eyelashes but they failed to send the makeup bits I had ordered without a replacement or a refund. So beware they do not respond back to emails or messages on Instagram.
I genuinely wanted to support a small business but with their mid service I would urge you to support another brand that actually sends you all the products you’ve ordered and paid for!!!

Didn't receive my lashes after 2 weeks, contacted them and they sent a generic email back saying to wait 5 days after the dispatched email. Realised I hadn't even received that yet and I wanted the eyelashes for holiday. Emailed again and said if they haven't even dispatched the lashes to cancel the order and refund me - didn't get a response but a few days later got an order refunded email.

Edit: How am I trying to scam a small business? What do I stand to gain in this situation by telling people in my review of your awful communication and service? In my original review I said I got a refund from you?! It doesn't take over 2 weeks to send out some lashes, when I wanted them specifically for a holiday? I am also a small business owner myself and it has never, ever taken over 2 weeks to send a package - or if there is a delay, my communication is A+ with my customers. I never even received the dispatch email you referenced? The only scammers here are you, having to send out flyers to bribe people for good reviews in exchange for free lashes. There's nothing to note too, as I would literally never buy from you again.

I’ve been ordering lashes from this company since 1+ year and I haven’t gone to any company since, they have the perfect eye lashes whether you are wanting heavy , natural , subtle , they have something for everything and ugh the price!!! AMAZING

I love pound lashes- affordable, great quality and beautiful packaged! You can’t go wrong. There are loads of lashes to choose from, from natural to cat eye, to a dramatic lash. There is a lash for everyone. As a makeup Artist these are my favourite lashes to use on clients!

I ordered 3 lipliners on the website. The delivery was slow (about a week) but all of the lippencils were broken and shattered. I was dissapointed and had contacted the company immediately but no response.

The only brand i get my lashes from, SO affordable, best quality and looks beautiful, cannot emphasise this enough. 10/10 i loveeeee

I honestly cannot fault this company. Quick standard delivery, packaged well and the lashes are amazing considering the price! They are always my go to if I need lashes for a night out!

I bought 6 pairs of mink lashes from pound lashes including Pl110, Prin and Flirt and all are very good quality they look like more expensive lashes like tatti lashes and are so affordable, I love them.

Frequent customer and they NEVER fail to provide the best lashes. Affordable but really high quality and I re use mine lots and still look fresh. I won’t buy from anywhere else
