Terrible service! Customer service isn’t there and they just want to take your money. Do not buy anything from this company.

Asked to contact Potn for some new wheel stickers for my show car, sent through the stickers, a lanyard and air freshener!! For free!!! Top notch from them

Trash company, an absolute joke, no organisation and they don't call you back or email you this is no way to treat your customers!!!! Amatures.

I placed an order Nov 2017 and now they spam me every day.

Opt-in is a sacred right. You abused it, you get one star.

Although I am now slightly concerned that their description of what was delivered is NOT what I ordered (not fitted yet) I ordered springs for F55 - their order description says R55? Hope they're OK :)

After being let down by another (demonic?) online parts supplier it was refreshing to receive such excellent service. Ordered at 11am on Monday, goods received at 10am on Tuesday. Plus the parts were cheaper and delivery was included.
I will use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

The cheapest delivered product I could find but with an excellent service .
I recommend highly & will certainly use again.

I bought a K & N air intake for my S2000. Was the cheapest on POTN by along way and free delivery.

Very efficient, great service and I'm a happy customer. Will be my first stop in future.

When you order, before they take your money, they check the part is correct for your car too which is a great idea.

I ordered a K&N filter for my motorbike but i ordered the wrong one i rang and spoke to someone who was very helpfull i sent the filter back on monday afternoon and received the right one on wednesday morning and i rang to say how helpfull they were, great service fast responce would buy from them again.

very helpful had questions on product I required they were answered within couple of hours, the lady I spoke to knew what she was supplying and had alternatives if required - paid - delivery next day excellent sevice. I have recomended to several of my friends who have used them and found them as helpful. Well done!

I sent an e-mail regarding an induction kit i got an e-mail back same day and not an auto reply!! Helpful info with links on the e-mail to 2 different induction kits ordered before cut off time for the day item in stock and came next day FREE delivery!!

I purchased a K&N Induction kit for my car from Potn as they were the cheapest and offered a fast delivery. I was called within minutes of placing the order as Unfortunately the kit was out of stock at K&N. They then went through my options including the AEM alternative which I purchased. They knew the spec and actually listened to what I was looking for, not only that I had it 2 days later. Big thumbs up to these guys!!!

On Friday 4th Nov I ordered a K&N filter cleaning kit and was quoted 2-4 working days delivery. Imagine my surprise when it arrived in this morning, 5th No,v post. Brilliant

They promise to deliver next day but once they take your money they completely ignore you. I tried to get in touch several times over a period of several days but was ignored (they don't provide a phone number only an email address). After googling them, I realised I was one of many people who've had the same experience.

In the end I was forced to cancel the order, and a week after cancellation I'm still waiting for a refund. Please spare yourself a lot of misery and shop elsewhere. Most local shops will be able to match the online prices - I bought the same alloys locally, for the same price as online, and got them the next day, with much better customer service this time.

No telephone number, no reply to emails, no refunds. Just another quick online scam done by couple of guys in a council flat. AVOID

I've bought loads of things from POTN over the years. Always had what i wanted at a good price.

Same company and i liked what i got so much im reviewing the co.uk and com sites. great work

Found the cheapest price on a K&N 57 kit. Take Paypal which I used. Came in 2 days. Would of been even better next day
