I am writing to complain about Pornhublive platform as the way they have treated me is very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. I was banned suddenly a few years ago as I forgot to log off my camera while just chilling chatting as I lived on one floor then in a small house and had family around quite often. My family members including my younger son who was like seven at the time had walked not my room a few times while I was in the toilet or smoking outside. But this would of been a very quick brief few mins max and I wasn't in my room at the time. Also I explained this to Pornhublive and they understood it but banned me all of a sudden without explanation as I came beck using another username as they kept banning me for weird reasons, saying I was asleep or smoking when I wasn't and it became obvious they suddenly banned people for almost no reason as I've emailed them so much and tried to explain and ask why they've taken these extreme actions and they couldn't tell me anything except just ignoring me which is wrong, rude and very unprofessional. I was also scammed on Pornhublive like 4-5 years ago by people pretending to be support approaching me in my chat room professionally as Pornhublive Support and they tricked me into taken photos of my passport for photo ID again after I'd done that already, resulting in me being banned for their incompetence and lack of security on site as well as me losing over 600 tokens which Pornhublive promised to give back yer they didn't. Pornhublive seems like their operating on a 2 person team support and just treat you as they feel or in the mood and I strongly feel like they are treating me very unfairly, cold and almost prejudice against my age or country I'm born in or my username they making assumptions and really annoying me a lot it's not nice. I really think someone needs to check them out properly because I'm not exaggerating one bit if anything I am keeping this message a bit limited as I know your job is a lot of reading already but they treated me very badly unfairly & almost rudely like I'm not a human being or I've done done thing wrong or criminal on their site but I was actually probably be if their cleanest simple models who just mainly like to chat and watch other performers tip them etc.

Sept 28 about 1 pm Eastern Time I was chatting with someone in their chatroom when I was taken back to my profile page where I saw the following:

I sent an email to support asking why my account had been deleted. No response. I sent several followup emails requesting a response. No Response.

On 28th Sept about 4:30pm Eastern time I sent a New Email to support saying that I had already logged a case but no one was replying so I was logging a new case in an attempt to get a reply. No reply.

Sept 28 @ 5:30 Eastern time I sent an email saying my account had been banned and I could not get a response for either of the two cases that had been opened. My banned account had 308 tokens in it and I wanted billing to tell me what I could do with the tokens. Would they give me a refund? Would they transfer them to one of the chatrooms that I often tipped? Could I open another account and have the tokens transferred there? I have spent over $400 in the past couple months buying tokens to tip various chatrooms. No response.

It has now been almost 48 hours. I have 3 cases logged and PHL refuses to answer any of my requests. I have no idea why my account was banned. And I have no idea what they intend to do with my tokens.

I have read several places on the internet how dismal PHL was as a corporation, how they often ban accounts for what turns out to be no reason, and how they never want to reply to any requests. I now understand how badly their support system sucks. I am at a loss as to what to do.

1. I see £95.88 on my bank statement from an mbi-probiller. What is this? (I can tell you the year is 2020, I do not pay for pornography).
2. I do some research and see many others have had issues and this website is clearly a payment mediator for porn websites. Hmmmmm...
3. I check my email accounts. Somehow my googlemail account, connected to my current card, has signed up for a premium account on ph. So, for safety reasons I immediately cancel and change all passwords.
4. I contact mbi-probilling who were notoriously hard to contact. What was even more interesting/curious was the initial message/warning in the virtual chatbox (I will upload here). It claimed that they were receiving a higher than normal influx of messages from pornhub users and suggested that if I hadn't entered any credit card info 1) ) just quit the chatbox, and any free premium would end without charges (very curious), or 2) if I had entered a 7-day trial, and entered card information (I didn't), I could unsubscribe through my account to avoid extra charges (not particularly helpful).
5: so, I stay in the chat and eventually got joined by a representative... I would like to post what transpired below incase it helps somebody else get money back from a similar situation. The situation has potentially been resolved (I will know after 7-10 days) but I won't believe it until I see the money back in my account.
There is absolutely no way I signed up for this. It must have been a case of a stolen google password or god knows what. For some reason premium was activated on a google email pornhub account that I never use. I have just cancelled it but still...£95, 88!! - can you please get this money back to me.
I saw in a previous chat window that you are having a high volume of messages from pornhub users. Is this because a scam is going on??

Good video content, however terrible customer service, they closed my account for a week and I had to write several emails to get their answer.
