I had ordered a popcorn package and did not receive it as it was sent back to the plant it was ordered from because of package damage. I called, and the lady there fixed the order and sent it back out again without any trouble. I was grateful to have spoken to her, as she sent my order right out again.

I love this popcorn popper! I was raised in southern Illinois so Wabash Valley Farms was who we relied on for the best popcorn. Service and selection of items on the website are superb. Delivery and packaging of the product(s) was good since I live in PA. Even looking at comparable popcorn Wabash Valley Farms stood out as the best. Taste reminds me of "home sweet home" when our family ate popcorn almost every night. Thank you!

We love this popcorn popper!! It cooks without burning like the other ones we have bought and used. We like this one so much that we have bought a few for gifts. Great choice and great price. Also love the popcorn seeds/packets. Have tried the various popcorns. Have enjoyed them all but really like the less salty one.

I love this popcorn popper!! This is the 3rd one I've owned. Wore out the first one after nearly 15 years of hard use. Gave my 2nd one away to my sister so I could get the new one with the stainless steel gears!!! I love it!! However, it seems that the lid is a bit flimsier than the previous popcorn poppers I've had. Still anticipate many great batches of fabulous popcorn from this amazing popper!

Received the popcorn I ordered in a timely fashion and the product is excellent. Every Kendall pops and is delicious . . . nice and Krispy.
