The first few times I used my popcorn popper it was fine. Then the little plastic gears on the crank broke. So now I can't use the popper. How can this be fixed?

I’ve had my Whirley popper for a long time. They have replaced the gray turning gears twice under warranty since I’ve had it. They were helpful and courteous on the phone. I use my popper at least once a week and love it!

Unfortunately there was a small defect in the delivered product. It was handled courteously and promptly with a replacement part.

I order 8 boxes of the less salt/less oil popcorn, and the blue box popcorn showed up. I contacted the live chat, they looked up the order and they are going to send the right product and a shipping label to send back the wrong product. Super nice and the next day i had a confirmation email for the right product. it's a bummer that the wrong product was sent, but I'm happy they didn't try to argue or try to get me to keep the product. Great company.

I bought the stainless steel popper and love it. Along with the movie theater popping oil it is the best popcorn I have ever had! Like the movie theatre right in my own home. I have made the popcorn at least once a week and I think it was a great purchase!

Years ago, we had a problem with our stove top popper (received as a gift) and they sent replacement parts. Everything we buy from here is high quality. The popcorn kits we purchase are consistently fresh and delicious. The only downside is, the cost is a little high. We feel that is it is worth the extra expense due to the quality. Like most things, you get what you pay for.

We have the original Whirley-Pop unit with Nylon gears. I accidentally stripped one of the gears. Heather at Wabash kindly sent replacement parts and it's up and running again. In between ruining gears, I purchased the Stainless Steel unit through Walmart and we are leased with it too. The fact that it's induction compatible checks all our boxes as we have both types of stoves. Very happy campers.

Best homemade popcorn ever. Better than theater popcorn. It is fresh and not nearly so expensive.
