Pong Cheese Omdömen 

First of all, the number to call on their email led me to a south African call centre for a landscaping company. When I looked them up on Google, I then spoke to another south African call centre who had no access to systems and can't look my order number up....

Secondly, I made an order on the 12th. It's now the 16th and no sign of the cheese and no comms on when it might be due. (I have a dinner party tmrw).

Not the best customer support considering the cheese prices and relative branding.

I placed an order on 25 September for a birthday present delivery on 7 October. The order was delivered on the afternoon of 8 October, a day late with melting ice packs and warm cheese. A very disappointing service which I won't use again.

Ordered a box of cheese as a birthday gift for my father. I picked the delivery day but my father was sent a message indicated it would be delivered on a different day. It was delivered to a safe place but no note was left by Royal Mail. Unfortunately by the time the cheese was delivered it was the following day, the packaging soggy and not surprisingly my father wasn’t keen to eat the cheese! So far Pong have refused to give me a refund for a delivery issue that could so easily have been avoided. Very disappointed customer

All I can say is excellent, I joined the Cheese Club and the quality of the cheese sent was superb both variety and taste. I had originally opted for bi-monthly but have now changed to monthly. May I also say that the customer service is first class , responding quickly. At my age service and quality is one of the things I look for in life.

Really disappointed with Pong Cheese. I ordered a gift for a friend and the website has messed up delivery address so it wasn't received. I've emailed Pong 4 times over 2 weeks with no response, I then messaged on Instagram and just got an automated reply which suggested I email instead! Really terrible customer service, wish I'd purchased from elsewhere. I will not use them again.

Excellent service as always. Very quick to respond to queries and everything is sorted with no fuss. Cannot fault them in any way.

Package arrived with one of the cheeses broken open, it was inedible and had leaked on some of the other cheese. I contacted Pong Cheese customer service to explain what happened, and to ask for a partial refund or replacement of the leaked cheese, however they never replied at all, lots of promotional emails though!

Great cheese (hence more than a one star review)- but sadly due to the appalling lack of customer service I won't order again and will not be recommending them to anyone else in the future either.

Delivery is shocking royal mail never deliver on time so the stated 24hr guaranteed delivery is a joke!

Although the website and the cheeses look good, I placed a subscription order on a Friday evening to try them out and it has not been processed as of Wednesday the following week.

Their FAQs state that orders will be processed within two days.

EDIT: Customer service have now responded as per the below. The website does state that the usual delivery day is Thursday - my mistake. Waiting to see what the cheese is like…

This is a subscription present that we always eagerly look forward to and enjoy.
Sometimes the sell by dates on soft cheese are very short and I wish we could have a little longer to really enjoy them.
Apart from a problem with a cheese this month we have enjoyed two years of indulgence .

I've only had one (discounted) box, which has really impressed me. I received four cheeses and I love them all, varied and unusual offerings. The portions are generous and would provide a cheese board for 4-8 people.
I'm impressed and recommend the trial offer.

I ordered a hamper as a gift to be delivered on 30th April. In fairness, don't recall an email confirmation. However money taken and getting regular sales emails so they have me on their system somewhere. Hamper never arrived. Called twice on 30th, a woman who is just there to pick up calls, she doesn't work for them, said she would email customer services urgently. Nothing. I tried live chat. Nothing. I emailed directly. Still nothing. Apparently they respond within 24 hours. Not. Absolutely gutted about the gift and my money. I will be calling my bank to see if I can get my money back. Don't bother with the company.

I haven't tried the cheese myself but what I can say is their customer service is phenomenal. Lightning fast responses and super helpful.

Great cheese turns up regularly but not too often, something to look forward to.

The cheeses are delicious and I always get different ones. I was able to specify no blue or goat's cheeses which I don't eat. The delivery is prompt and well packaged every month and I look forward to each one.

Email queries were answered very promptly and were helpful, ensuring the customer was happy.

So - Pong Cheese Monthly Cheese club. Signed up and instantly regretted it. I thought I would bet able to choose my own cheeses as I love smelly and blue cheeses. The moment I signed up they, I guess a bot, chose my cheeses to send me. I paid £32.00 for the following. Le Fin Terroir Camembert available online for £4. Blacksticks Blue - Available in Sainsbury's for £3 - Oakwood Smoked Cheddar available online for £6 (I hate smoked cheese) and a revolting ash covered monstrosity called Coeur Du berry which even left in the warm for 24 Hrs has no other flavour than the ash covering it available online for £6 - In all £19 retail price - absolute rip off - such a shame as I love great strong cheese which they clearly have available. Cancelled ..

Received a box as a Christmas present and it hit the spot. The guys at Pong clearly know their cheese. Our box included cheeses from selected French suppliers, as well as UK sourced blue cheeses. Pong's self-named Cheddar from the west country being the pick of the bunch.

No faults with delivery, all arrived fresh. Would highly recommend!

Will never order from this company again. Sent me goods not as advertised. Cheese was showing in stock and so order went through, money taken and product arrived. Item arrived and was told what I originally ordered out of stock so have this instead? I immediately contacted them numerous times on the phone and 2 emails to ask what I should do with this cheese as it’s not what I ordered.
Have had no response to multiple phone messages left and emails since 24th December and no refund as requested. This company do not care, will take your money and hope you will settle for different product sent. Not easy to contact and no response from anyone. Very poor customer service
