You went above & beyond with your customer service to help me find a shirt for my husband,after I went looking everywhere else.You were the one that helped me find the perfect shirt.
I can’t thank you enough & will bring the rest of the family in,so you can help fit them out for a new wardrobe because have the best quality of clothing,along with your exceptional advice!

My order was blocked because of a risk of fraud and when I tried to use a different card and browser and some other methods to try to place my order they have sent through pending charges to my credit cards amounting to $2.5k. I have not been able to process an order and there has been no resolution or compensation provided by customer service. I will never should with this company again.

I consider their clothing of good quality and fit. HOWEVR, their customer service is terrible. They accept their online payment service erroneously over charged me $2520 but, after two weeks and counting, still have not refunded the money. I have now lodged a complaint with the ACCC. I am also fortunate to have a colleague who practices law in that state and is prepared to file a summary judgement application - the Court proceedings might seem rash, but companies like this shouldn’t be slow in returning peoples money. Unfortunately I’d recommend avoiding due to the incredibly bad service if something goes wrong.

Would not buy again from this place… poor quality for the cost… spent over a $1000 on a full suit for the stiching on the trousers to come apart the first time I wore them.
Staff at Lakeside Joondalup were very un professional. When I went back there to ask for them to swap them, they refused without the receipt or proof of purchase even though it had their label on the inside. I asked them to look back on there computer for the receipt which they said they can’t…. Then all of a sudden they printed one off after I told them the day and time of purchase. After been called “bro” numerous times they said it was after the 30 days for a refund!!! (I bought on the 26/10 and went back on the 30/11 after my partner noticed the day be for when I was going to wear the suit for a night out)…was not asking for a refund just to change them as I was hoping to wear the suit the following night.
The response was we will get them stitched up and once again been called “bro” yes they have been stitched up but cost me money to buy another pair of trousers for going out until they were repaired.
On picking them up once again called “bro” not sure that someone working in sales at a suit shop should be talking to customers like that..
I hope this will help/stop other potential customers having this experience.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE OR RECOMMEND FRIENDS TO BUY THERE.

Went in to buy a gift card. Sales assistant said she didn't know how to process one. Called her co worker, she didn't know either. Left with nothing!

I purchase a white polo shirt from the Politix store in Canberra CBD while visiting from Singapore. When I got home and put it in the cold wash the dark blue dye in the collar lining stained the shirt. This got worse and worse every time I washed it.
As I live overseas not able to take this into the store to get a refund. I've emailed Politix on numerous occasions with the occasional reply saying they were looking into the issue. The last time I got a response was Sep 5th, it's now Oct 17th & despite more reminders there's just no response.

I’ve had a terrible experience shopping on the Politix website and having the right products delivered.
I ordered 2 t-shirts and for some reason, Politix packaged and attempted to send them as 2 separate shipments. Only 1 was delivered to me. I got in touch with support and provided them with all the details (tracking numbers I got, order #). Now, this (Customer Service) is where Politix truly fails.

They said they have looked into it and raised a case with StarTrack team, after which I had absolutely no further feedback from them. I sent a follow-up 11 days later which also did not get a response. I went to the website and tried other support methods. The phone support line had been disabled and the so was the Website Chat functionality. It’s almost as if they’re intentionally making it harder for customers to get in touch!

I sent a detailed email directly to their support email address - no response.

I then started a new ticket by submitting a new form through the website. They said that the second package was waiting at the local Aus Post DC awaiting collection and that they had already sent me an email about this (which they did not!). When I went to the DC to collect it, they said it has been returned to sender because it had been there for 2 weeks!

No more shopping at Politix, mostly because in case there’s an issue with the orders, regardless of the product quality, I don’t want to have to waste this much time again with incompetent support staff.

I loved going into the Westfield Sydney store as the staff were so awesome, but now I've been pushed to go online. I've had a really great experience and my shirt arrived the other day. Cheers
