Customer service - 5* and beyond! My daughter saw the pink PolarGear travel mug in Tesco when we were visiting Scotland and I agreed to add it as a birthday gift. She really loves it and has taken great care of it. Her siblings naturally felt green with envy and so we were able to purchase the green and blue cups via Amazon. The cups look great and really kept the water cool during the hot summer days. Alas my daughter informed me one of the plastic removable components had fallen from her cup and when I contacted customer service I had Sophie help me who not only sent a replacement (very quickly!) but also a spare! Alas, the cup was leaking after this and my older daughter realised a small plastic component that sits underneath the lid was missing too on both the blue and green cups. To my absolute delight Sophie arranged super quick dispatch again of these components. I finally fitted them and the cups are in perfect working order again! Thank you to Sophie and to a really great company. Will definitely be purchasing any drinks wear from this company going forward.

Messaged them about a problem with my water bottle. Got a reply quite quickly. Once I'd sent them a photo of my problem they said they're going to send me a replacement bottle.
Polite, prompt replies. Can tell they care about their customers. Didn't try and get out of it and put the blame on me like many other companies have.

I'd like to thank Holly at Polar Gear. I emailed yesterday to ask about buying a new straw for my grandson's cup to save throwing the whole thing away. Today I received 2 free straws through the post! I don't think I've ever received such polite and quick customer service before. What a lovely experience. Thank you Holly. And well done Polar Gear for employing such a lovely and highly efficient lady!

I purchased a bottle from Sainsbury a few months ago. The straw went missing after I washed the bottle. I contacted Customer Service, and they replied quickly, sending me a free straw. This is how customer service should be.

I bought a polar gear water bottle.
I can't drink any water out of it.
For some reason it won't work with or without straw probably an air leak under drinking spout.
Useless and a real pain to take back to shop.

We had a slight problem with one of the handles on our daughters water bottle. The customer service was prompt, efficient, polite, and helpful. The situation was resolved quickly and throughly. A true pleasure to experience such great customer service!

Have never experienced such amazing customer service as I have from Jess and the Polar Gear team in the past few days. They went to enormous lengths to help with a problem that was not the fault of the company or its product (which was excellent for the long time we used it successfully). This kind of pride and care in product and service is all too rare and worth celebrating. Thank you!

Amazing customer service - looking for replacement lids for my damaged Curve bottles and supplied even though not shown available online.
Customer service like this is so rare - thanks Becky and the others at Polar Gear for making sure I got speedy responses and the exact product. Meant I didn’t need to buy a brand new bottle (which is not so environmentally friendly!)
Hope you guys can survive this challenging time. Thanks and I’ll be buying again.
