Shoe blow out less than 10 games
We ordered basketball shoes that took over month to get here, just to have them blow out with less than 10 games on them, complete shoe failure-feeling these were fakes-almost resulting in an ankle injury. Asked for replacements, which they wouldn't do, but gave us a voucher for $30 off next purchase but needed to use in the next 30 days. Season will be over by then-and shoe size may change before next season. We are very disspointed in the customer service provided and the failure of the product they sent us.

II ordered some shoes for my wife
II ordered some shoes for my wife. But she travels a lot, and she just came back. So the first day she put on the shoes, she says it feels really tight I don't understand. I ordered an 8 1/2. and we checked on the inside of the shoe. And it turns out we were sent a 7th. So I tried to contact the. people from poizon. And they told me, well, you should have checked it within 3 days. But how does it make any sense? My wife didn't try to shoes on until we had the shoes here for about a month. But she did. just come back from her travel. You assumed that they ship the correct parts and don't ship. the shoe size one and a half smaller. Really bad service. No, response have sent numerous emails and tech. s and all I get is Well, you should check it within three days. I'm going to put some YouTube videos on the Internet and. would strongly tell people not to buy from this company. Really bad customer service. I have seen a number of.
