It’s rubbish. They authenticate fake items and pass them as real when they are SO clearly fake. I don’t know who they’re talking about when they offer 12 years experience but I got the same guy every damn time and he had no clue what he was doing. Does no one else work there?

I'm really happy with the shoes I bought. The quality is great. The materials feel durable, and the stitching is neat. The sole has good traction, and they're comfortable to wear. For the price, these shoes are a steal, and I'd definitely recommend them!

Disappointing Experience – Late Delivery & Unfair Return Policy
I ordered a pair of Samba shoes from Poizon.com, but my experience was disappointing. The package arrived late, and by the time I realized it had been delivered and picked it up (just four days after delivery), I saw they had sent the wrong size. When I tried to exchange them, I discovered their strict 72-hour policy for returns—completely unreasonable given real-life circumstances.
It’s frustrating when companies focus only on transactions instead of building lasting relationships with their customers. I won’t be shopping here again.
