Ordered a Baxi Brazillia wall heater online, delivery expected in 3-5 days, had a call saying would be a further week but only if I paid a further £15 + vat.

I would definately never use plumbtraders again.

The only positive thing I can say is they kept me informed about the extra money they wanted and ALL the delays in delivery.

I bought a Worcester boiler and flue pipework from Plumbtraders. Their pricing was very competitive; additionally they were helpful with technical support checking my parts were compatible. They were also very supportive in allowing exchange of unused (unopened) parts for a programmer.I have no hesitation in recommending Plumtraders.

1st class service and the product works a treat. Delivery nice and early in the day so not waiting in all day. Would recommend and use again.

I have a Wi-fi central heating controller and the relay box died in one of the coldest weeks so far. No-one stocks them so I would have to wait. Ordered from Plumbtraders because they say you can collect locally the day before delivery. Ordered Tuesday, due for delivery Friday so I could collect from our local Plumcentre on Thursday. Called up Wednesday afternoon to make sure and they said it had just arrived - did I want to collect it that day. So we had heating two days earlier than we would have with anyone else. Can't do better than that can you. Oh, and they were the cheapest as well.

At least for the item I purchased from them (Geberit flushplate)....although it wasn't an in stock item I was emailed a confirmed delivery date almost right away. Item was received on time in perfect condition. Cheers Plumbtraders!!

I was very pleased with the service i got from plumbtraders. I had tried load of other plumbing places for a fan for my boiler. I had been without heat and hot water for 4 days. I phoned them up and got a very friendly bloke called Mel help me . Got me my fan and it was delivered to me the next day. Well done Mel and thanks for your help

I recently purchased from you good selves a flu fan for my glowworm boiler,
and the service i received from the young lady who dealt with it was outstanding from start to finish. A fast friendly and above all knowledgeable service which i would highly recommend.

I found Plumbtraders after searching the internet and after comparing prices found Plumbtraders the best value for money andthe free deliveery delivery was a bonus.

Enquired if Radiator thermostat valve could be collected local and price match as i found the item else where cheaper by using there online enquiry, was promptly telephone back and all the above was agreed, received email with all the details the following day and collected item local 2 days later after making enquiry as agreed, excellent service

An easy to follow site that gave lots of choice at very competitive price. Only down side was delivery driver required a lift in with the delivery and didn't have a goods delivery barrow.

This company supplied the required parts at the best price I could find and within a very short period , I could not fault them at all, when I telephoned to discuss my options they were very helpful. Cheers
