Plastic Surgeon Omdömen 

I made an online enquiry and these people called me using a withheld number and the phone rang ONCE and they hanged up. They then immediately sent me an email saying how hard they had been trying to contact me by telephone and asked me to call back. Then two more emails followed saying the same thing when no more efforts whatsoever had been made to telephone me. I never called them back coz I found their practice like this a bit weird if not dodgy. The only explanation I can think of is that these people want to save phone charges by asking you to call them. What a business like attitude!

What a fantastic service! I called Plastic Surgeon to see if they could repair some damage to my kitchen units. They came out to my house within a few days to repair the units and the finish is absolutely flawless. The technician that attended was lovely and a real professional. I’ll definitely call on your services again in the future!

I made it clear to Plastic Surgeon that I would be making a 200 mile round trip to keep the appointment at the point payment - yes you have to pay up front. Having already traveled 100 miles up to the property I was called on the day to say that the appointment would not go ahead. Plastic Surgeon charge customers £129 should the customer cancel on the day, yet should Plastic Surgeon themselves cancel they offer no compensation whatsoever and a very weak apology. Not so much as a goodwill gesture. Surely this disparity would be seen as an onerous clause in contract law. EDIT. The response below isn't the whole truth. Plastic Surgeon knew I was making a 200 mile round trip each time they failed to turn up. It took 3 attempts and 600 miles for the work to be completed. I have it on good authority that the broken down van mentioned is always breaking down yet they refuse to replace it. The final job is excellent and the finished a skilled and pleasant fellow, but I had a right fight to get anything more than an apology from them. Think I'll try Magic Man next time

Plastic Surgeon Fine Finishers carried out a repair to a kitchen cabinet which showed signs of delamination. Their Fine Finisher, Ben, was highly trained/experienced and the work carried out exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend them.

I had a work top that needed some work, so I completed their web form with the details of my enquiry, including photos. They suggest they will reply within 24 hours, but they didn't.

So I spent some time filling in their web enquiry form again, but still no reply some five days later.

They claim to be a nationwide company (UK), but to be honest dealing with enquiries is a basic requirement of any business claiming that kind of geographic.
