I cancel the "Train with Joan" app after the first month but just realized Plankk has been billing me for the last. year.
Bought “Train with Joan” app” through a link on Instagram. Immediately couldn’t sign in. The tech team couldn’t find me. Apparently missed 4 emails, which I screenshot to prove I’d sent them.
They finally found me and linked my account. When I went to sign it - guess what! It said “subscribe here” 🤯.
Back to plankk, they reset my details - it still failed. They actually changed my email address to the wrong one!! Corrected it. Still Failed.
Neither Fatima,Kyle, Maria or Dana have solved the problem.
It’s now been 5 weeks since I paid my subscription and quite understandably I want this sorted out - or give me my money back
This whole company is crap.
They took 115 dollars from me because I didn't unsubscribe from their app fast enough. I contacted them I contacted google play and they led me around in circles trying to get my money back even though I didn't even have the app on my phone at the time I got charged. this company said that they couldn't find the transactions or anything from me meaning that they just lost 115 dollars somewhere. because google play cant find it either. So I just got 115 dollars stolen from me from this company. If you don't want your money stolen from you dont use this company or any of the app its creates. I got charged on the 21st of July and found out on the 28th that is when I called google and they unsubscribed me from the app. Then they told me that they couldn't find the app I was on and I had to find the address for the company myself. so I contacted the company plankk because google play told me to and plankk told me to contact google play because they couldn't find my transaction. so I went back and forth to both companies and they both said that they couldn't find it. so my money just wen t missing apparently. You cant trust any company anymore and this company especially the app fit and thick is definitely not to be trusted.
