Pixum UK Omdömen 

This has been an awful experience. NO replies when I email and no puzzle for Christmas. I ordered two others on the same day and have had them for more than a week.

I have been a satisfied pixum custumor for many years, having created a dozen or so different photo books over the past years. But this time everything went wrong: first I had issues uploading my images. That should have given me a clue. Then I could not upload the book I created and on which I spent probably 100 hours. Pixum's technical team was incompetent and only an it-knowledgable friend was finally able to cut through pixum's technical mess and figure out what was wrong with their program. When finally, after 4 weeks of back and forth, the book was uploaded and I paid my 700 pounds ... the books never arrived ! I am now waiting for a further 4 weeks. The books were to be received within 4 days and did in the past, but not this time. I sent several requests to pixum to check and immediately receive computer generated responses that somebody will get to me that day, at the latest within 48 hours. What a joke ! As stated, that is all now going on for another 4 weeks and nobody cares. There is no response. I am done with pixum and some of the lousiest customer service and worst technical team i ever encountered on-line.

very poor image quality

i had ordered an acrylic print which was quite expensive. once the frame was received the image was blured. very poor quality. i printed the same image in a canvas and appeared very good.

Jeg bestilte fremkaldelse af billeder hos Pixum i December som skulle gives i julegave til familien juleaften.
Jeg ringede derind og blev garanteret at jeg ville modtage dem inden juleaften - det var slet ikke et problem. Jeg fulgte bestillingen nøje og den blev ifølge Pixum afsendt fra Tyskland fredag den 19. December. Jeg ringede derind mandag den 22. December og fik afvide at det nok skulle nå frem, da det var blevet sendt med postdanmark om søndagen. De havde sendt det i to breve uden trackingnr., så de kunne ikke selv tracke billederne.

Jeg ringer så til Postdanmark der ikke har problemer med levering og de fortæller at alle pakker samt breve vil komme frem senest den 23. december hvis de er afsendt søndag/mandag.
Pakken kommer aldrig - hverken til mig eller min veninde som havde bestilt på samme tidspunkt og også havde fået lovet levering til tiden.

Vi sad derfor juleaften uden julegaver fra vores lille dreng til familien!!
Virkelig beklageligt!!

I have had difficulties in the past with calendars (Vista on PC), you must log in to enure you don't lose your work. I couldn't get the software to work on the website and found that the best method is to download the photo-book software and do it on your PC. The products aren't cheap but are very good quality, although a couple of photo books had the images printed at a slight angle in the past. It's worth waiting for offers, which appear regularly, to reduce the cost. A friend now uses Lidl, which he thinks is very similar quality but much cheaper.

WOW! I didn't expect a refund from an offer i'd missed. I'll certainly continue to use their services for future printing.

All correspondance was answered by a human not an automated response. This made dealing with a technical issue easy to resolve.

HAr bestilt en del fotobøger gennem tiden, men dem fra Pixum slår alt med længder.
De er simpelthen perfekte, super kvalitet og flotte skarpe farver.

Desuden rigtig nemt at "designe" med deres eget program man kan hente ned.

We all make mistakes and I made a mistake by sending an unedited print to Pixum for printing. The two photos I had on my desktop were similar and it was my fault that I clicked on the unedited one for sending. I noticed it immediately after I sent it and quickly emailed them to tell them of my mistake. I got an email back the next day to say once you send the order it cannot be cancelled. I would imagine local trading standards would have something to say about that. Fortunately, it was only 22 pence but it could have been a more expensive canvas etc. Therefore beware, make 100% sure you send the correct images or you will still be charged. Apart from that the quality of the product is very good

WOWWWW WOWW WOWW, I am extremely happy with this wonderful and excellent reputable organisation. they are so wonderful and extremely reliable. i so love them and there excellent customer service. Pixum is about making customer hapyy and putting smiles on their faces with their great excellent customer service, value for money and excellent services. This company has made me and my family happy and i would recommend them over and over and over and over and over...........................Again. Ordered the prints on Saturday and they were delivered on Tuesday. Couldn't have been done any quicker. They were good quality and at a very reasonable price that was much cheaper than if I'd had them printed in town.

I've used Pixum since I bought my first digital slr in 2010. My camera and all backups of pictures of our infant was stolen recently and the only copy I had left was on my pixum profile. For obvious reasons there wasn't a way to download my uploaded pictures so I send them an e-mail asking if there was any way I could get my pictures. They helped out by burning my pictures to a dvd and sending them to me - free of charge! Besides this extraordinary service I have always been happy with their products - I mainly have pictures printed in standard size and occasionally have larger images printed.

Toen ik een fotoalbum bestelde, kreeg ik het op tijd, zag er mooi uit, alleen... was de beloofde korting niet doorberekend. Toen ik vervolgens mailde en belde werd ik snel, vriendelijk en correct geholpen. ik heb slechte ervaringen met een telefonische helpdesk, maar bij pixum werd ik binnen een kwartier terug gebeld, toen zij in gesprek waren.
Erg fijn, om dit mee te maken in het "wilde web woud" van helpdesks waar je een nummer bent.
Mijn volgende bestelling is weer bij pixum.

I ordered a photo book from Pixum and was delighted with the quality - but somehow the font on the title page was different from what I had ordered. Pixum immediately refunded my money and gave very clear instructions for me to re-order the book with the correct font! On both occasions, the book arrived very well packed and also well before the delivery date expected. I can't fault the people at Pixum and will recommend to all my friends. It is not only better quality than the one I ordered last year from Simply Photo - it was also cheaper - so overall a great product!. THANK YOU!

I'd never heard of the company or their service until I received a coupon with an ebay purchase. I was delighted as I've been building a collection of shots to get developed over the last couple of years. Even though I had a coupon for fifty free shots, since the price per shot was so low I decided to get more.

Swift delivery! Excellent communication between myself and Pixum. I look forward to getting more shots printed with pixum.

This was my third order with Pixum and, as usual, I cannot fault it. Three large Photobooks and one Poster print, all beautifully printed and delivered ahead of schedule. I had been told by a local printer that the photo was not high enough resolution to print at poster size, but my 60x90cm Pixum poster is crisp, sharp and perfect! I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have recently ordered an A3 acrilyic print. I spent a while comparing prices on the net and Pixum were offering a good price for this product. I read some of the reviews which seemed to vary. I was really impressed with the product, which arrived within the week. They had even managed to eradicate the smear that appeared on the original photo. I would definitely use this company again!

I recently compiled and purchased a Pixum Album for my daughters wedding. It took me a year or so to get a the photos together and arrange them. When the book arrived a week or so after ordering I was horrified to discover that I had made an error with the date on the first page of the album. Then, on close inspection I found that this affected only the one page and that it could be easily removed and replaced by simply removing three screws. All that I needed was the first page reprinted and my problem would be solved.
I wrote to Pixum explaining what had happened, that I had made a human error and asked if they could kindly print me the first page with the error corrected. This was their response.

"I am very sorry but due to the standarized production process of our Pixum Photo Books it is not possible so reprint single pages.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again, should you have any further questions! "

I find it unbelievable that a company that can produce an album cannot reprint a single page. It may not be standard procedure but in the name of good customer relations, a wise and decent thing to do.
Needless to say I will not be dealing with Pixum again.

Delighted with the excellent quality of the Photobook I ordered, and also very pleased with the fast delivery. I uploaded the order on Sunday afternoon and received it on Wednesday morning. The Photobook was well packaged, so that it arrived in perfect condition. Will use pixum again for sure.
