Huge scam, they took money without consent and they changed even the subscription

Ich musst meine Karte sperren lassen da ich damals Apple Pay hinterlegt haben und über meine Bank die Zahlungen rückfordernd. Bei mir gibt es kein Kundenkonto wo ich kündigen kann. Extreme Betrugsmasche. Abbuchung über Abu Dhabi - wer weiß ob ich jemals das Geld zurückbekommen.

SCAM~ I cancelled right away and they have charged me 39.99 for a subscription.

It’s the third time this compay tries to take payment for a subscription I never agreed to. They keep trying to charge me each month when I have evidence that I only agreed to a free trial that I cancelled straight away after realising it was not worth the money. I will be reporting this company as this is illegal

SCAM! Stay away from this platform/website/app. I thought i was being fun just testing it out for a free trial but was charged multiple times even after requesting cancellation, they claimed there were 2 different subscription and i had only cancelled one… of course non of that was actually transparent.
On top of that it doesn’t even work properly, a lot of my attempts ended in “transformation failed” with no explanation or solution.
I never leave reviews but honestly just hoping to save others from wasting money here.

Don’t subscribe, even after cancellation they will still charge you a recurring fee every month.

Шахраї! Списують кошти з картки після скасування підписки. Як це відбувається? Вони в чорну підписують тебе на іншу підписку (про це не написано ніде!). Потім доказують, що все написано і тд. Прийшлось блокувати карту…
ОНОВЛЕНО 18.03: Я написала в саппорт приватбанку минулого тижня та описала ситуацію, вони розглянули мою заявку та зареєстрували її в системі. Заявку віднесли до категорії шахрайства зі сторони pixtuner. Я так розумію вони подали запит на примусове відшкодування нелегально знятих коштів і о чудо, саппорт pixtuner написав мені зі сповіщенням, що відшкодують кошти. До того мої емейли просто ігнорувались.

This company continued charging me for two months after I cancelled my subscription and is refusing to give me a refund after I provided them with a confirmation of cancellation stating that when I signed up for the trial I signed up for two subscriptions. This app is a scam. Beware.

I agree with all the other comments on this page. I cancelled my subscription over email right after I started my free trial as it wasn’t working for me. Their AI confirmed in writing that both of the trials were cancelled (despite me only
Clicking one originally) and no charge will be taken. However they subsequently charged my card. I have tried to get in touch but the AI keeps saying someone will reach out but not giving me any time frame. I will dispute the charge with my bank after 10 days posted and report them for scam watch in the U.K. if it doesn’t get resolved before then.

Update: After 12 days they finally confirmed they will refund my money and cancel my subscriptions (despite already having this confirmed). My card has changed now to ensure no further charges. I had already flagged it to my bank.

Cancelled my subscription 3 weeks ago. Today I got charged twice. They created 2 new subscritions for me.
I will do a chargeback asap.

They have now return my money.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company’s conduct. For months, I have been charged repeatedly despite not having an active subscription. Each time I contact customer support, I receive an apologetic email assuring me that they are “very sorry” and that the issue will not happen again — yet the unauthorized charges continue to appear again and again.

At this point, I no longer know who to turn to. My next steps will be to file formal complaints through both consumer protection authorities and legal channels. In my view, repeatedly charging my credit card without my explicit consent constitutes fraud and a serious breach of trust.

It is especially upsetting to discover that many other customers have reported experiencing the exact same issue for months. A company handling payment information has a responsibility to act transparently and responsibly, and this ongoing situation shows a complete failure to do so.

I strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with caution until the company takes real accountability and permanently resolves these billing practices.

This company has charged my account multiple times even though I have clearly and repeatedly told them that I do not want any of their subscriptions, apps, or services.

I have several emails proving that I asked for everything to be cancelled, yet they continued to withdraw money without my approval. This feels like an attempt to sneak charges through and hope they go unnoticed.

Completely unacceptable behavior. Be very careful.

The product is interesting and fun for about 60 minutes. Then you realize the results it produces are basically the same for any image you upload. Again, it was fun initially and maybe worth one month's subscription.

Beware, I would also call this a SCAM, in that it's impossible to cancel. They are using AI to generate responses to cancellation requests, but they never cancel the subscription and will continue to bill you even though the emails say the account has been cancelled and you will no longer be billed. I had to dispute the new charges with my CC, only AFTER I had filed a dispute did they reverse the charge and claimed with the CC company that they had fixed it. As others have mentioned too, they charge you a fee for a basic account and then another fee for a premium account, that I never knew I signed up for. In the end, they got me for almost $40, which wasn't worth it. I never write reviews here, but I was so annoyed with the repeated emails promising the issues had been corrected and my account cancelled, only to be billed again. Also note, the charge on the CC is from a company in Dubai.

Terrible! I can’t get an answer from the email they provide and asked to cancel in the 7 day free cancellation period. Nothing works this is a huge scam. How did people get their money back, via that email they provide?

Absolute scam. Somehow they set up 2 different accounts despite me closing the account and still charged me $40usd. There is no way to cancel the account and customer service is ai. I am taking this up with my bank for a chargeback. Do not trial this nonsense, it’s rubbish.
