Very useful tool

Very useful tool I use to get my purchases from entire Europe. Just one small wish: if they push more control over the final delivery stage local in Lithuania, it would be great.

Hidden taxes in the calculator.

Hidden taxes in the calculator. If the price of a product from the USA is $30, it will calculate 13 euros for delivery. It will only be written in the final invoice + 2 euros for purchase inspection + 1 euro for packaging + 9 euros for administrative fee. and VAT will be calculated from the value of the product together with the shipping cost to the warehouse in the USA :) and this means - additional taxes of 18 euros and a total of 42 euros from the calculated 13.

Hello,

thank you for your feedback. We understand the difference between the calculator estimate and the final invoice can be frustrating.

To clarify: there is no separate "packaging" fee. The import VAT is calculated on the combined value of the product, shipping to Lithuania, and the administrative fee — this is based on EU and Lithuanian customs law, not something we set ourselves. The inspection and administrative fees are our own service charges, listed in the "Additional services" section and in the calculator also above the pricing table, underlined in red as a notice.

We're always looking to make this clearer — do you have any suggestions on how we could present it more transparently?

I've started using PirkEU services probably 8 years ago. I had many orders and never had a bad experience. They always deliver packages in time. These type of services are very helpful, it allows you to shop in many different countries. Mostly shop at German online stores. Shipping to Lithuania is just a few days. Absolutely recommend.
