Arrived in plenty of time
Arrived in plenty of time. Huge box though for two bits of insulation!
Unfortunately bought all this and the plumber only used 9” and none of the glue! . So it was a waste of money really! Not the company’s fault though they were helpful and obliging.

Turned the order around quickly with a speedy delivery. A couple of items were temporarily out of stock but they exchanged for better alternatives rather than delay supply. All at no additional cost. A proper business service.

It’s a wrap
Delivery was prompt. The insulation came loose in a cardboard box with no plastic wrapping which gets a thumbs up from me.

If you decide to make a return, expect a 30% deduction from the total cost of your order.
I ordered items from this site, but due to incorrect measurements by the plumber we hired, I had to return everything. To my surprise, the refund, including return shipping, amounted to only 30% of my original payment. I find this amount to be extremely high.
In response to your reply dear pipelagging.co.uk, what other choice did I have? Should I keep the product and try to sell it myself, or agree to your unfair conditions? You don’t offer any other options. I believe this is not the right way to treat your customers.

Quick to order, quick to deliver
I used this supplier to get the foam pipe diameters that I had difficulty getting from the big general building suppliers. It was easy to select product in required quantity and pay online. Goods arrived in cardboard packaging on expected day.
