Phpjabbers Omdömen

I use 5 of the scripts on a permanent basis and a few others more intermittently on our non-profit website and I love them all. The scripts are easy to install and use, and with a little extra knowledge they're not too hard to modify to seamlessly integrate into your website. I always look at them first for new needs as they arise, and I'm sure I'll be getting more as we expand our online capabilities.

I had been looking for a multi user Availability Calendars script for a while and this did just what I wanted and at a reasonable cost. The support was great and I managed to get the script working without too much problem. Any problems I had including a minor display problem they sorted out promptly. I needed a customisation to make the script perfect for my needs and they quoted me a reasonable price and delivered after a week or so. When one part of the change wasn't quite as I'd specified they corrected without any additional cost. I'm very happy with the software and with the service.

As it says: an inadequate experience with a lot of friction. I asked for a customization for a script I paid € 79 for. The customization was another € 120. This was done poorly and when I asked to correct that they corrected half. When I complained they said they would finish it for another € 30, which I paid as I did not want my client to have a script that was not up to par.

These guys have brought alot of my ideas to life - the process of starting a business can be a really complex maze and being able to implement ideas quick enough and make all the necessary changes can be a useful asset to have. PhpJabbers has indeed been that partner - great scripts that are also affordable and customizable as well as a prompt and timeous response to technical queries are some of the qualities that make these guys unsurpassed in their field

I am using one of their scripts and had a problem with getting it to work locally. Their support was excellent in helping me to find the problem (my php set up) and in answering all my questions about using the scipt. I'm sure that I'll be needing a few tweaks and have no doubt of excellent service.

I used phpjabbers to create an ecommerce site for a food delivery service that I had in mind and I asked them to change their script for my needs and I must say they did a good job and later I asked many changes to get to what I wanted and witdth petty expenses have shaped the script as I wished.

I've been using this company for four or five years now and can highly recommend them. Their back end admin is easy to use and installation is a snip. When I did have problems with their software, they went out of their way to fix the problem without extra charge. I can only speak from my experience, which has been very good.

PHPJabbers software is of such a high quality they are my first stop every single time. If they have a solution that fills my need I don't even bother shopping around as it would simply be a waste of time. Their scripts are well-written and require only a basic knowledge of setting up a MySQL DB and how to FTP the files to your server. The rest is amazingly simple to do.

I have been a PHPJabbers customer since September 2015 and every single time I've submitted a ticket they have been friendly and positive with a solution being found every single time. My most recent experience and the one that gave me the urge to write this review was the most challenging yet. Not because of software quality, but rather my own misunderstanding about a feature.

What amazed me was how their very first contact with me was to proffer multiple solutions, allowing me to choose what I felt would satisfy me the most.

I can only say more companies, Internet or geographical, need to be like these people. Ticket filed, solution proffered. No accusatory questions asked.

Amazing.

Support is very responsive and fast.

The script is very easy to use. Phpjabbers provide excellent support. They respond very quickly and give clear instructions. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am just writing few words to thank all the phpjabbers team for their nice work !

I bought a script for my website and i am really happy about how simple it was to install and to make it work ! I really had no problem with their script.

I also found the team really reactive to answer all my questions when i needed. Deserved 5/5 !

I had PHPJabbers do a script modification for me with one of their scripts. I must say I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to things being done and PHPJAbbers well excelled the mark!

If you need any coding doing these are the guys you can trust, they do what they say. I had to wait a while for my script to be completed, but they did say from the start how long it would take.
These guys are well laid back and always listen to the customer.
Thanks Veselin and all the team who work for you.
Well happy with the final script!

I, like a lot of people writing these reviews, have very little coding knowledge/experience. I purchase the Job Script from PHPJabbers and the product works great. Because I don't have a lot of coding knowledge, I had a little issue with creating the page. I'm used to pages on the web having the html extension, and the page for the script needed to be in the php extension. I sent a request ticket and within the hour, Maya explained what I needed to do. Once I saved my page in the php extension, the product worked as they state on their website. I will definitely be making more purchases of their products. It has been wonderful working with this company. I never spoke to anyone. Everything is done through email or their website, but the service has been excellent! Probably for the best, as I am in the US and a southerner at that. For those that don't know, we have a unique accent called the southern drawl. For people in other parts of the world, I am difficult to understand sometimes. So communicating through email makes certain what issues are and therefore they get handled promptly and accurately. Great product guys! We'll be seein' ya'll!

I am an entrepreneur with little or no knowledge on programing nor scripts.
I have bought two scripts, a Review Script and a Store Locatión Script for a new project.
The products are great at a reasonable price that allows us entrepreneurs to pursue our dreams with accessibility to top notch products and constant after sales service.
They have gave me the confidence to bring to life great ideas and this confidence is also passed to my clients.
Thanks for everything PHPJabbers

I have purchased numerous scripts from this company and have found the installations easy and the performance of the software to be first class.

Customer support is first class and goes above and beyond what could be reasonably expected.

Thanks for great products and excellent customer service.

I contacted Stiva Soft / PHP Jabbers for a custom rental manager script.
My needs were really specific but the result has been fantastic and the support has been great at all time as well.
What I have appreciated the most, is the patience and the disposability to make small changes and correction at any stage of the project to help getting the result as I wanted.
I suggest anyone to give them a try, you won't be disappointed at all!

Update 22.03.2016: I'm keep using their services and I have been positively impressed of the flexibility and customer oriented attention they have! Surely the best company for your next project!!!

I have to say, I have been more than pleased in working with your company. You all provide awesome services and support. Thank you!

Excellent scripts which have saved me a lot of time so far. I`m very happy with the products I`ve purchased.
Also the support is awesome. They respond quickly and help immediately. I was very happy with the support they provided and the products I`ve purchased.
Would recommend this company to anyone.
