I have had such positive experiences when using Photobook and have been consistently pleased with my finished projects. The app is easy to use and allows for your own creativity or an auto-format option that streamlines the process. You will never be disappointed if you choose Photobook.

Photobook has since sent me a new book, undamaged. I updated the review to 3 stars as I did have to send a number of emails before Photobook agreed to replace the damaged item.

I am a customer of Photobook Canada and have been for over 12 years. I have over 22 photobooks that I printed through Photobook Canada. Unfortunately, my last purchase has resulted in me finding other photo book printers. My book arrived damaged. It was packaged in a thin envelope. The week prior, another of my books arrived packaged in a box protecting the book. I contacted customer service with photo proof immediately. They came back to me quickly requesting additional photos which were sent, as well as a photo of the flimsy packaging. Their website indicates damaged books will be replaced. I received an email apology and offer of a $10 voucher! This does not even pay for shipping. The book was $85. When I responded that this offer was insulting they said they would increase the voucher to $16! If this is how a company treats a loyal customer and if they publicly post that damaged items will be replaced I wonder how new customers are treated. I won't be using Photobook Canada going forward. The $10 voucher insult does not demonstrate they want me as their customer. Very disappointing.

I have contacted their customer services several times to ask questions. Not only were they quick, they were also professional and answered my questions with step by step instructions. I find their prices very competitive and love that these are printed here in Canada!

I recently ordered my custom calendars from Photobook Canada, and I am beyond impressed with the quality. The colors are incredibly vibrant, and the level of detail is simply stunning.
As an astrophotographer, it's crucial that my work is presented with rich, deep tones to capture the beauty of the night sky—and these calendars exceeded my expectations. The paper quality is premium, and the images came out beautifully sharp.
I couldn't be happier with the final product, and I will definitely be using Photobook Canada for future projects!

I have used this site for over 10 years, absolutely love it. Easy to use and lots of choices. I have never had a bad product or result. The only negative is that it is starting to get very expensive, unless you get a coupon or voucher. Also shipping has got very expensive. Makes me think twice about doing picture books.

My husband and I have made several photo books. These are so nice as coffee table books for friends and relatives to look at. They are so much nicer to look through than just a stack of photos or a computer full of pictures. The creation of the books is fun and gets the creative juices flowing. It's great that there are so many added features included with the product to make the books so interesting and fun to look at.

I have been using Photobook Canada since 2015. I have many albums on my book shelf and enjoy everyone of them. I am now making 6 albums for my grandchildren for Christmas. The program is easy to work through, but if you have issues, help is always there by phone or email. So many albums to choose from, and you can change page colors, add clipart and change amount of pictures on any page. You can make you album your own

Great books! We have been buying photobooks from here for the last 6 years. The only issue we ever had was shipping related which they resolved very quickly. Highly recommended!

I had an issue when trying to start my project. I phoned in and was walked through the process to get it done. I had done this many times before, with no issues. They acknowledged that there was an issue and provided a work around in a timely manner.

We used Photobook Canada for our wedding photos and were so delighted that we used it for our recent 4 week trip to Poland. We had over 1,200 photos and picked the best 800 to make wonderful memories for us. We printed 4 copies to include lasting memories for the children. Next summer its Newfoundland and again we will use Photobook to make the memories last longer. Photobook is user friendly, easy to download photos from my phone onto my laptop and the various editing of the photos is a snap. You can load as many photos as you would like onto a page and Photobook will even "shuffle" different arrangements.

I have made many albums for myself and family. The quality is of a high calibre and the service is excellent. The process of making an album is easy and fun. There is lots of room for creativity, whether you add clip art, frames or even text. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in creating an album!

I have made about 12 photobooks using Photobook Canada and love them. I have shared my books with fammily and friends and they too think they are great. I have customized my books to showcase my pictures in large formats and great colors. I will be using Photobook Canada again soon as we intend to finish travelling the world. Just as a note I have made books for each of my children, taking pictures of all the "school work" that you have saved but really don't have space for, then made them into books telling their stories. Lovely

I recently chose to do photo books to capture my favorite photographs and moments over the last few decades. The process is very flexible; the more you do it, the more you can make it into a form of art. The product is very professional, the service is very good, and the quality of the pages and cover are excellent. It is very well priced so that making several a year is quite affordable.

I have purchased quite a few photobooks from Photobook Canada but this one is by far my favorite. I was able to fit all my photos in exactly how I wanted them and it turned out perfectly!!! I can't wait to give him our album for our first anniversary in October. I have also made memory books of my father for my sister and I and I can honestly say, she was speechless when I gave it to her. Thank you

I looooove Photobook Canada! I ordered over 20 photo books during the past 8 years. Very easy to make and so many beautiful templates to choose from. Shipping is very fast too (within a week).

This is not the first time and I am always satisfied with the result. In fact, I have been using it at least once a year for at least 7 years. And always satisfied.

I have made and received 6 photo books so far and I’m currently working on 2 others. I find it a great way to see a summary of my trips. The quality of the books are very good. This is a great product.

I ordered the Photobook & arrived after 1 week.
Colours were bright, images were sharp, easy to go through the order process.
