Have been using Photobook for years. Recently created 3 books, including my daughter’s wedding. All books had the pictures cut off on the edges. The company offered a reprint at 80% off. No thanks! Will not use their product again.

I have used Photobook Canada to develop approximately 40 books over the past 14 years and have always been very satisfied with their product. Photobook Canada is user friendly, has exceptional customer support and has a fast turnaround time for the development of the books. I have always been happy using Photobook Canada for my hobby!

Photobook Canada produces an excellent quality product in their photobooks. I have created over 30 photobooks on the offline program over the past 12 years. Every photobook came back to me with very high quality paper and printing and was delivered back to me usually within a week. The offline Photobook is very easy to use and over the years Photobook Canada has added more features to make the designing even easier. The support staff of Photobook Canada is very supportive and quick to reply to my questions. Most of my Photobooks are of our travels and it is such a joyful experience to relive our trips because the photo reproduction is so true to life. Right now I am working on two more photobooks so I am fully committed to using Photobook Canada.

Editor is easy to use with lots of cliparts, backgrounds and fonts to choose from. I have ordered from Photobook Canada several times and have always been happy with the final product.

I have made at least 36 PHOTOBOOK CANADA photobooks over the last few years. I have ALWAYS been totally happy with my finished product. The pages are high quality. I usually buy "vouchers" on sale in advance and have about 3 months to complete my project. The few times that I have had a small problem, the support staff have responded very quickly and helped me out. One of my friends has now switched to Photobook Canada & finds this company superior to her previous. I am & have always been very happy & so are the family that received my books as gifts!

I have been using photobook Canada for years. I've created many quality items from calendars, mugs, coasters to books. I find the site easy to use with quick delivery! Definitely recommend if you haven't tried it!

I love their Photobooks, i have been creating books since 2015. i use the "Photobook Designer Software". It is fabulous. Unfortunately they are currently have an issue with their software, the problem is when I try to upload my book to them. But i have confidence they will fix the problem. Their customer service is the best.

Downloaded the app to my laptop, moved the photos from my google album into it and I was off to the races. It does take a while to organize but the tool is intuitive and easy. I missed a step on the order but they emailed to remind me. I asked about the order while waiting and received the tracking number. I will be using this again. My sister uses it all the time. Cheaper than a traditional photo album and sooo much nicer.

I've made several Photobook Canada photobooks and I've NEVER been disappointed. The software is easy to use once you get the hang of it and the quality of the finished product is excellent. I make photobooks of all our vacation travels and I've also made them as great keepsakes for my kids and grandkids. The grandkids love to get them to see themselves in all our family adventures. I will continue to use Photobook Canada for all my photobook needs. Cheers, Roger

These photobooks are such a great way of storing and displaying your travels and special events! I've crated multiple photobooks over the years and I'm very happy with the consistent quality of your products. I mistakenly purchased the wrong voucher for my last project, and the customer team member was very quick and helpful in converting it to account credit to allow me to purchase the correct voucher when it came up. Great experience!

Quality, sales, efficiency

I've made several album with photo with Photobook Canada and i absolutely love them all. It an easy site to navigate with multiple options on size, type of abum, different backgrounds etc. I love the fact that i can put all my comments along with my pictures. And if you have an issue, they respond quickly to address it.

I've made 20+ books over 10+ years using Photobook Canada, some for myself and some as gifts. The quality of the printed books and customer service has been consistent. The latest books have arrived more quickly than books ordered in prior years (they are printed overseas) despite using the same standard shipping option. I like the flexibility of the desktop software program instead of the web-based version, which doesn't have as many design options. I will continue to use this vendor for all my photobooks.

For years we've been using Photobook Canada to order two copies of an annual Dog Show picturebook, one to keep and one to give away. But this year after we bought the discount coupon for two books, we had to contact customer support three times to figure out what was wrong with our order and why it wasn't going through.

For instance, we were unable to complete an order for the second copy. We also received an e-mail confirming our order was successful but discovered we hadn't zipped our file data to send it via WeTransfer. I don't recall ever having to zip our files before.

While customer support was excellent, friendly and addressed our needs with urgency, the instructions for placing and uploading the order ought to be clearer. I'd also like a link showing our project's status, including anything that's missing for the order's completion.

The quality of the book is as good as ever and we'll use them again next year.
