Phonexpat Omdömen 

One of the worst companies to be with our internet is patchy sometimes it works but the majority of time it doesn’t . They don’t answer the phone - respond to messages and their what’s app we pay 42e a month for a flawed system which is not fit for purpose - you can’t cancel as they just ignore -you keep away from them

Phonexpat’s customer support has been consistently unacceptable. Messages sent through their website, email and WhatsApp are routinely ignored, often for days, and when replies eventually appear they are frequently incorrect or show little understanding of the issue. It’s extremely difficult to get any reliable or competent assistance from them.

What’s most concerning is that the only time I receive a prompt or meaningful response is when I mention cancelling my direct debit. That should never be the trigger for basic support. A company that only engages when threatened with cancellation is not providing customer service — it’s avoiding responsibility.

If you expect timely, accurate or even minimally professional support, be aware that Phonexpat make this unnecessarily difficult. My experience has been consistently poor, and the level of neglect is far below what any customer should have to tolerate.

Awful service. Modem drops out frequently

Oh dear ! Very poor broadband speed so want to change to fibre . Phoned -- no answer on several occasions . Messages left -- no response . Quite hopeless .

I can't give 0 stars but oh how I wish I could! I have been trying to call them for a month to no avail. I have called, emailed, whatsapped and filled in an online contact form. Appalling customer service, sooner I can cancel this 'service' the better.

I was have given them 0 if it was allowed. As the other reviews say.they are impossible to contact.and messages are just ignored..we have had no internet 3 times already this month for 2or three days at a time.. very slow speeds when we do get a signal
.we have been with them 4 years..but leaving as soon as we can get contact. Please don't use them, they will let you down. Disgraceful Company.

Appalling customer service
They don't answer the phone just ask you to leave a voicemail. They don't call back. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp. Their technical line is 'unobtainable'
The internet isn't working despite rebooting the router etc and there's been no way to get help with it

As commented below we have had exactly the same experience. You cannot speak to them on the phone it is all communicated through what’s app and usually in French when they know you are not happy.
We also have changed providers after 3.5yrs with them and were extremely disappointed to be charged a 49 euro termination fee for extreamly poor service.
Do your research thoroughly there are a lot better providers out there.

The only reason I used this company was because they offered support in English. However, after 2 years with them, I am giving them the lowest rating possible because of their customer service.
We started experiencing drops in our internet connection and then extremely slow internet speed, which got worse (down to <2Mbps). Our normal speed was around 5Mbps (non fibre). We continually had to ask them to fix the problem and received very few replies in response. Sometime a week would go past until I received a reply. I had to threaten them with reporting them to the industry watchdog to get a technician out. Who then failed to fix our problems. It was very frustrating. It wasn't until we switched service to another supplier that I discovered that we could have fibre (why didn't Phonexpat tell us?!), so now we are on fibre optic at less than half the cost of Phonexpat with no connection problems! Now Phonexpat refuse to compensate me for months of a substandard service and have charged me 49€ fee to disconnect them! Do not use them!

La seule raison pour laquelle j'ai utilisé cette société était parce qu'elle offrait une assistance en anglais. Cependant, après 2 ans avec eux, je leur donne la note la plus basse possible en raison de leur service client.
Nous avons commencé à constater des baisses de notre connexion Internet, puis une vitesse Internet extrêmement lente, qui s'est aggravée (jusqu'à <2 Mbps). Notre vitesse normale était d'environ 5 Mbps (sans fibre). Nous avons continuellement dû leur demander de résoudre le problème et avons reçu très peu de réponses. Parfois, une semaine s'écoulait jusqu'à ce que je reçoive une réponse. J'ai dû les menacer de les dénoncer à l'organisme de surveillance de l'industrie pour faire sortir un technicien. Qui n’a ensuite pas réussi à résoudre nos problèmes. C'était très frustrant. Ce n'est que lorsque nous avons changé de service que j'ai découvert que nous pouvions avoir la fibre (pourquoi Phonexpat ne nous l'a-t-il pas dit ?!), nous sommes donc maintenant sur la fibre optique à moins de la moitié du prix de Phonexpat et sans problème de connexion. ! Maintenant, Phonexpat refuse de me dédommager pour des mois de service de qualité inférieure et m'a facturé 49 € de frais pour les déconnecter ! Ne les utilisez pas !
