They sent the invoice to the person receiving the flowers, but not the flowers. Brilliant! Then, just to be creepy, they called and only said “wait there” so the person was flipping out scared. I finally had to ruin the surprise and explain.
The absolute worst experience. We have a saying “they could screw up a one car funeral”, and I feel that applies here.

It's legit, however:
(1) the price is too high and my card was charged for an oversees payment thinking that the shop is located in Philippines.
(2) you would think it's a scam because there are no update in between. You wouldn't if your order has already been delivered because no reaches out to you unless you reach out.
(3) POOR WEBSITE! No real time updates. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Every thing is poor for not too cheap items.
OVERALL, I do not recommend this shop. Go buy to other shops who are digitally upgraded and can accommodate you well.

Fraudulent Business Practices
I ordered flowers to be delivered in a month in advance. Company ensured delivery on 2/14. When asked when order will be delivered, representatives stated orders to be delivered between 10 am-7pm. My order was never delivered and company will do nothing!
Beyond Disappointed
I ordered flowers and chocolates in advance for delivery on 23/12/24. The website was super expensive compared to others but was the only online one that delivered to the area I needed. Long story short, item wasn't delivered, I received a response to my flurry of follow ups late in day advising unable to deliver today but can deliver tomorrow. My worker starts holidays tomorrow. There is no point and after reading the reviews I have no faith they will deliver tomorrow either. Anyway, save yourself a lot of heartache and don't order from these guys.

Don't ever use this site. There is no communication. Flowers were already withered. And prices are crazy high. Just order from a local shop through facebook. Much cheaper and better than these scammers.
Abysmal Experience! Stay Away!
If I can give this site negative stars, I would. It was a horrendous experience from start to finish.
I am in Canada, and placed an order of sympathy flowers to a relative who passed in the Philippines. I no longer have contact with relatives there, but I wanted to pay my respect and send these flowers.
I placed an order on the night of the 14th. On the 16th, I contacted their customer service as there have been no updates on my order since I paid for it. I asked for an update via Messenger, and the response I got was "15th or 16th Feb NO SPECIFIC DATE". It could not have been the 15th, as it was already the 16th when I sent this message.
The customer service rep then informed me that they contacted the phone number that I've provided, and they were told that the person who answered informed them that no one has died by that name. I was very confused at this point, as I did not know who they have contacted as I did not indicate anyone's phone number in the Philippines on my order (again, I no longer had any contact to relatives in the Philippines). This company ended up calling a complete stranger's phone number (used the +63 equivalent of my phone number in Canada).
On the day of the burial, there was still no update on the status of my order. I contacted this company once again, and I was told that I should check with the recipient. The recipient is deceased! These are sympathy flowers that I ordered!
Take your money somewhere else. Customer service is abysmal at best. They claim that they are "offering seamless online flower delivery". My experience was far from seamless; it was an absolute nightmare. I'm disgusted by the so-called "customer service" of this company.

Expensive rotten flowers delivered in province
philflower.com and philippinesflowershop.com is the same company (same support phone number +639380850684, same address, see their contact-us.html pages). The philippinesflowershop promises next day delivery in the Philippines province, fresh flowers, 100% satisfaction, marked bottom price but excellent service (On philippinesflowershop see why-philippinesflowershop.html). Nothing of this is true. I ordered flowers well in advance, but they were not delivered on time. We had to pick up the flowers in city 2h away from us. What we got were rotten flowers, for a price of more than 100 USD.
The company is not a total scam since we got something after many emails, but the company seems to have zero understanding how a flower business works, with the result that you pay overpriced for rotten flowers that you have to pick up yourself at a distant location. This is 0% satisfaction. Never again!

A small bunch of Valentine flowers cost a lot of money including double dipping on delivery charges outside of Metro Manilla. There were no updates on progress or of having the flowers delivered. I had used this business before and this experience reminded me of why I stopped. There are better and cheaper options available.

No customer support, they switch products due to unavailability after the flowers should have been delivered. None of the phone numbers on the webs actually work. Terrible experience, avoid them at all cost.

You didn’t fail from expectations!
It’s worrying when there’s more unlikely reviews than just get the pot luck! First, I contacted them if they can deliver the next day & would my order be the same from their catalog as some stores does alternative. But anyways their catalog looks more special than other shops so I decided to place an order with instructions (on the card message) to change into ribbon rather than card & must be delivered the following day. However, due to time difference I ordered it at midnight (Phil time) and honestly they didn’t fail to do so. The freshness & arrangement of the flowers were what I expected & to top it all the msg on the ribbon were better (clean & fine) to look at on printed. They were expensive though but I am a very happy customer😻 Diolch! M Keith.

This is a scam. Do not order anything from this site. We paid almost 5,000 pesos for 12 little roses in a small vase. The chocolates that we ordered were not delivered.

Do not use PhilFlower.com they with send something that is nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered a 5 foot tall teddy bear and what the shipped was 4 foot tall and looked nothing like the picture on the website. When I complained they said they can not do anything for me until I provide a picture of the bear next to a person so they can see the height of the bear. After doing so they told me you can not compare a 5 foot tall bear to a 5 foot tall person they are different. What 5 foot is 5 foot. I suggest using inland rose or send flowers to the Philippines.com. PhilFlower will rip you off. I am done with them.

I ordered Red Ribbon Mocha Crumble Cake only to find out on the day of delivery that it has long been phased out. They offered Black Forest Cake which I really dislike. I asked if they can deliver it on a different day instead because they refused to give me a refund. Customer service said they already processed it and will be delivered still on the original day. How inefficient. They processed the Black Forest Cake WITHOUT my approval. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
Better than Expected
Things started out a bit shaky with this company. I placed my order and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other companies I have used. The next thing I k is is that I am told that the flowers might not be delivered when I requested as things were shut down due to Corona virus. I was annoyed as the website made no mention of this and took my money without hesitation. AnywY we had good communication and they said they would do what they could. The following day the flowers were delivered as promised and they were better than expected. These guys really came up with the hoods. I think a bit gets lost in communication but it all was a pleasant experience in the end and I got value for money. Thank you so Philflower I will keep using you guys.
