Selling an unhemmed dress for £119 is a bit of a joke. It's not even cut straight at the bottom. Sad to see phase eight selling just poor quality items.

From stepping into the store at Fosse Park and having Jenny serve me and finding the dress that I wanted for my son's wedding, (I was emotional) to Lesley-Ann and Miriam in Shrewsbury sending the shoes which were out of stock everywhere, to Annie in Market Harborough who received the shoes into the store. My whole experience with these ladies at Phase Eight was an absolute joy and pleasure. I usually hate clothes shopping as nowhere caters for the over 50's. The clothes are usually too young-mutton dressed as lamb, or frumpy. The dresses that I tried on were neither of these things. My other son will be getting married sometime next year and I will be going straight to Phase Eight. These three ladies plus the lady on the fitting room at Fosse Park (I didn't get her name) went above and beyond their duty and it made what I thought was going to be a chore into a memorable afternoon. I'd give them all more stars if I could! Thank you so, so much! *****

I just love Phase Eight dresses - such a lovely range to choose from. Shopping online so I could choose which mother-of-the-bride dress suited me best, in the comfort of my own home, made the process so much easier. Staff were friendly and helpful when I initially looked round the shop, and when subsequently returning the items I didn't need.

I was looking for a dress to wear as mother of the bride. I didn’t want the “traditional” dress jacket and hat.
I decided on a summer dress which I love. The staff provided me with a pair of shoes to wear. And once I had decided on the dress, it was steamed for me.

I also visited the Kingston branch where a lovely lady named Olga helped me endlessly, the staff are all very kind and personable.
I’d love to see a bigger Petite section as I struggle to find much choice, I really need to try on rather than by online, I feel there is a big gap in the market.

The ladies ( especially Sophie ) was very very helpful , even brought me the accessories to go with it I felt like I had a personal stylist and they were honest with their advise , needless to say I said yes to the dress , excellent experience 5 ⭐️
