Really happy. Ordered and kept in touch, as it was a pre-order to the UK. Really helpful mails and good delivery once available. Really happy with the bag - 25L OneMo Tactical in Dark Camo and the perfect travel bag. Fits everything I need to go on vacation and super cool design that just works. Fit's my laptop, DJI Avata 2, landing mat, batteries, controller and goggles. Still has space to spare and smaller than my Torvol FPV backpack.

Bought one of there sling bags the 6l go solo.. So glad I did feels solid great size to put camera and a lens in also has lots of useful pockets to store stuff.. Great idea for the battery placement with metal magnet that show green or red for your battery and just found a fold out drinks holder.. Outstanding pgytech you made a customer for life il be back for more stuff soon.

I received my RetroVa camera kit and I was surprised at how well built each of the components are. The zoom lens has the weight of a real full size premium lens. The cover and the other prices fit perfectly onto my iPhone 17 Pro. The software was easy to install and though it took a little time to navigate through the software, it was designed to be user friendly. I’d recommend this product!

I ordered a camera backpack hoping to take it on a trip I had planned. After almost a week, I had not received any information about whether it had been shipped or not. It was only after I wrote them an email that I received a reply saying that the backpack had not yet been shipped due to a large number of orders.

Finally, the package arrived after more than two weeks (when I was already traveling) and I had to send it back. I had to pay for the return shipping (€30 for shipping alone) because that's their policy.
At first, they offered me a €15 refund if I kept the backpack, and when I said I didn't agree to that, they offered $45…

Due to the bad first impression, I sent the backpack back because it wasn't comfortable, very stiff, and awkward to use (onemo2).

It took a month for everything to be finalized, and I finally got my money back, but I still lost €30 because of the return shipping costs, which the buyer has to cover.

Unfortunately, I will not buy anything from this brand again.

Bought the magflex phone photography stand and a small case from them. Quality is great and I’ve been using the stand constantly for a year and I tend to use things quite roughly. I never had any issues until recently. After a year the stand started to slide down when extended and I contacted their customer service email, sent a quick video and they sent me a new one right away. I’m impressed with their professionalism and would definitely buy from them again.

They found perfect solution for me.

I ordered a camera strap air to Slovakia and the order was supposed to arrive within a few days. However, there was a problem with the delivery, no delivery company contacted me and they sent my order back. I had a tracking number and I wrote to PGYYTECH support and they wrote back to me a few hours later. They sent my order again. There was another problem with the delivery but I already solved it with UPS and everything turned out fine. I don't know where the error occurred, but you need to check the delivery status of the package via the tracking number to be sure. I am satisfied with the product.

I had a self-inflicted problem with the straps on a OneMo 7L sling bag. I emailed for help and in less than 24 hours had a reply including a short video showing exactly how it should have been done. I couldn't wish for better service.

Fantastic product and even better customer service - delivered to wrong city & State by carrier but awesome people at PGYTech corrected issue and item delivered

Quality of kit is good but no better than multiple other companies. Customer service is atrocious and I would avoid dealing with the company at all costs.
Item got lost on transit and I emailed asking for a refund because I had ordered a replacement from somewhere else. First they said it had been delivered and provided me a tracking number of a completely different parcel. I pointed out that was not the correct number then they replied saying I had put the wrong address. I replied pointing out that wasn't true as well and repeated I wanted a refund. Without asking they sent out a replacement. I've given up trying to get a refund because it's clear they'll never give one. I suggest people take their business elsewhere.

Ich habe aus Versehen die falsche Version eines Artikels bestellt, was mir erst bei der Rechnung aufgefallen ist. Deshalb habe ich vergeben nach einer einfachen Möglichkeit gesucht, die Bestellung zu stornieren.
Habe dann eine Mail an den Kundenservice geschickt und der bestellten Artikel prompt wurde zu der richtigen Version geändert. Der Artikel kam 3 Werktage darauf an.

very bad quality on the pgytech vivo x200 ultra phone case, it cracks instantly and the shutter is only recognized every 3th time you connect it. Really dissapointed !

I’m so extremely disappointed with this company! I ordered a product the magical phone grip. Well I received in great time after ordering but no matter what I did charging it or anything else it did not work and still won’t no matter what they suggest. They will not refund me or take it right so beware. It’s just wrong!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was speaking to customer service for advice on a second purchase and honestly it was like speaking with a teenager.
I asked for advice on a shoulder strap and was sent a link for a backpack strap, when I explained the error they replied “well don’t buy it then”
SO RUDE, I will not purchase from this company again

The Backpack focux is an perfect product!

Reached out to customer service to initiate a return within the timeframe allowed by the policy.

Customer service took over a week to provide me with information. I had to email several times to get an answer that addressed my concern.

Ultimately, they told me “you will need to pay for a very expensive shipping fee, which is not cost-effective for you” and said they would offer me a $30 refund (on a $120) product and told me to keep the product.

If you want to buy from this company, buy from their Amazon storefront to avoid the poor customer service.
