Pet Treater Omdömen 

We just received our first Pettreater box and we were NOT disappointed! There were a great assortment of yummy treats that both my pups absolutely loved. The 2 toys were very good quality and again pups loved them both. We can't wait to see what comes in our next box!!!

The minute the blue box arrives our kitties are all over it! Toys immediately become prized possessions, treats are devoured and they look adorable in bows or bandanas. The empty blue box also provides hours of fun as they "sled" throughout the house! LOL! So glad our pet sitter recommended Pet Treater!

Fun little package for our cat every month. Affordable and functional. We were never one to dress him in bows and scarves... but now we are! The accessories they send are so cute!

I really enjoyed how the box was catered towards a certain theme. My kitty also loves the treats that came. I also enjoy getting the bandana each month so I can dress up my cat.

I was skeptical about ordering any subscription box, especially because my cat is a little..introverted. Very skittish, shy, and keeps to himself. But boy was I wrong. He knows what the blue box is, and goes crazy! He’s a totally different cat. He didn’t love the bandanas at first but now wears them daily!(and it’s my favorite part!)

A lot of the negative comments seem to have to do with shipping. I really just don’t think people read and understand how/when they ship out. Plus, we all know how reliable the post office is!

We are absolutely delighted with how happy our 3 dogs are when our subscription box arrives. It’s so nice to spoil them and also have the comfort of healthy treats.

For $15 a month it's not too bad for the trinkets you get. I'm giving 3 stars due to I bought a gift subscription to try it out. I don't have a credit card on file for my "gift" subscription yet they were able to run my card for another 6 months. Payment is in process and hopefully cancelled before the next shipment or I will be disputing with my credit card. Very deceiving!

Well, Day 20 and parcel arrived by USPS Parcel Select. This has to be the equivalent of Media Snail Mail. No clue on the cost of this gift but contents may cost $10. Word of caution, do not give a kitten or cat a toy that items can be pulled from causing a choke hazzard. A much needed update on communication, notification of shipping and tracking may be a good idea on your part. I have no clue now on when my next parcel ships.

I orders on the 4th of January and still have not received anything they have the worst customer service. They said they couldn’t refund me, I stupidly paid for 3 months in advance. It’s been 20 days and I have not gotten anything these people are the worst

I've only gotten 2 boxes from pet treater, the first of which id to ask where it was after paying for it and not seeing it or hearing anything about it from anyone at pet treater for quite some time.
I paid $25 for 5-8 piece box, I kept only 2 things from the first box and gave the rest to my neighbors for their adult male black lab because they were much more suited in size for him. I even gave them the bags of treats and too big a bone that was sent for my 10 pound senior female chorkie that pet treater knows all this info on my dog about.
The second box I was only able to keep one toy even though it's the size of my dog, it's plush enough I hope that she can and will play with it.
I'm essentially paying $25 a month for 1 possible item for this box of 5-8 items.
I again wound up having to give every other item to my neighbors for their large dog because that's the dog size items I got are intended for.
Yay for my neighbors and their dog.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND PET TREATER, PERIOD!
I WILL BE CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!

I am a new customer to petreater. My welcome box came in time and was satisfactory. I am still waiting to get my first month subscription box. 31 days and counting. After contacting the support team, I was given a prompt reply that my box would be sent priority shipping right away and a confirmation email will be sent when shipped. That was 4 days ago. When I contacted them again, I was given another excuse and another promise. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

I get a monthly subscription for my dog and cat $15 for it! Great deal with a bandanna, treats and toys!

I was a little skeptical about the quality of the treats/toys/accessories for only $15 per month but I am SO HAPPY that I got this for my pup! She loves the treats and they all are of high quality that I feel good giving her. The toys are so quirky and unique and the accessories are very festive. Thanks PetTreater!

Great value with great products. Everything from treats and toys to helpful tools and of course bandannas. I don’t know who is most excited when the pet treater box comes, our dog Simon, the kids or me!

We love Pet Treater! Holly gets so excited everytime she sees that box. The treats are always great, she loves the toys and I love that the toys are different each time! They’re not always just your standard plush toys you’d get in other boxes. The iced cookies are our favorite part!

My Dogs look forward to receiving their box! When i put it on the floor for them to smell my 5 month old weimaraner will cry shes so excited!! her older sister loves the treats and the cookie!!

Each month my boy gets the greatest treats, toys, bandana, and cutest packaging all for a very reasonable price Always! Always on time always responsive to emails. Beyond satisfied with this company and their products!!!!

We just got my daughter a kitten(jellybean) for her birthday. We tried to give jellybean a couple of different treats but she didn't like them, she wouldn't even taste them. I decided to go online and search for new treats and toy and wound up finding pet treater. I figured for that price why not try. Now jellybean can try new treats and new toys every month. Makes her and my daughter happy. And we were not disappointed in our first box.

Pet treater is 5/5!! Every month we hype my dog up when it arrives and he gets so excited for his new toy and treats!! The toys he receives are his favorite! The treats are always healthy and there’s enough to last him until the next box arrives. I would highly recommend!! (Also he looks super cute in all the bandanas)
