Love the service!!

I have used Pets Reunited a couple of times for found cats and have found them very helpful. It’s a place where people can easily find and look up lost and found pets. It notifies many establishments, which is what we used to do prior to finding Pets Reunited, so it makes the process much easier. I highly recommend them.

Scammers! Have taken two lots of £9.99 off of me in three days. The phone number listed here is not recognised. The email on the website, nobody gets back to you. The email on the invoice that you get sent after they steal your money bounces back.
Website won’t let me close my account and shows error message (which I emailed them).
Utter scammers preying on vulnerable upset and worried people that have lost beloved pets.
Now I have to go through the agro of reporting them to my bank and possibly changing my card.

Without Pets Reunited I honestly don't think my cat would've been found in time. She was missing for 12 days.

When my cat went missing I was so worried and was unsure of what to do. A Facebook group encouraged I post on this site and I felt much better knowing I’d taken all opportunities to find him again.

Thankfully he returned safe and sound.

Pets reunited were great at helping spread awareness that our dog was missing. After 5 weeks we got the call someone had found her and shes now home safe and well. Recommend them.

Pets Reunited gave me reassurance that Sky would return. How? For a very small amount of money I was able to get 50 missing posters. These were ordered and dispatched within 24 hours. The advice given was helpful! Great website.

A brilliant service and would really recommend as the more people looking the higher chance of finding a lost pet. This time we were lucky enough to find him hiding in our back garden but I would happily use the website again if I ever lost another pet. The free posters are such a great idea.

My cat went missing so I put an ad up. Since then I have had a load of scammers calling me on No Caller ID, pretending to be Pets Reunited, saying I owe an outstanding fee to close the advert and asking me to read out my long card number. They were fairly convincing, would not recommend posting your details on this website!

Very useful service. In the end, we found our cat ourselves, hiding locally, shaken but fine. We shall now go round and take the posters down!

I am glad that this service exists. My cat came back on his own, but you never know how things could go. I hope Pets Reunited will continue good work and develop the service further so every next situation gets solved faster

At a time of desperate need, they offer a real beacon of hope and light to help guide you safely, step by step, through all the actions needed to ensure you've done everything possible to secure the successful return of your pet. They offer huge reassurance and speedy assistance. Would definitely recommend!

Petsreunited - it's in the name! A brilliant service to help people reunite with their pets if they need help. And people can share information if needed/wanted etc

I think essentially that this is a great idea. I paid the extra £20 to have vets etc notified within a certain radius, which no other site that i used was doing.

However, the length of time it takes for a report to actually be listed is ridiculous. I was shocked that it took a couple of days. Is it because it was the weekend and your teams don't work weekends? Other sites are either instant or a couple of hours, so this really felt like a let down. Its an awful experience losing a very much loved member of your family and hopes are pinned on others perhaps sighting your family member and letting you know. I have no idea what needs to be done to approve the ad before publishing, but surely that can't be difficult?

Also, I've gone to close the report as my boy is safely home and noticed a potential sighting was listed. Could this not be sent to the associated email address automatically? I didn't know i had to log in to view these and cobsequently missed it.

Gets the message out there to as wide an audience as possible. Also possible to upload a colour photo of the pet in question. Only slight downside is the slight delay in getting the notification approved for publication given that the first 24 hours are so important.

I have used pets reunited site before. It is really helpful, it shows pictures of animals to look out for that are lost. Easy to report pets found and missing. Would highly recommend using this site
