Fairly useless - scammers’ paradise.
Fairly useless. Less effective than local FaceBook/WhatsApp groups and at least those tend to have people known to you.
This site is a scammer’s paradise - within hours I had a very convincing man on the phone claiming to be from Vets For Pets, asking all the right questions about microchip numbers etc and saying our cat had been found but there was £209 in “emergency medical fees” to be paid via a payment link: I am not stupid and said I’d pay when we collected our cat. Eventually he hung up as he knew he’d been rumbled. Don’t waste your money - rely on village groups or other methods but don’t waste your time and emotional energy on a site likely to bring you nothing but false hope and scammers.

I only had put my cat up as missing earlier in the day, she was found a few hours later. Using this service definitely made awareness.

When my cat went missing I posted on this site and they were very quick to post his image so others could see which cat was lost.
Helpful features of people can see a map of where he was lost and can also post comments if theyd have seen the cat

Very helpful downloadable poster
Very helpful downloadable poster. I printed off 30 and spread them round the neighbourhood. I never lost hope despite many sightings that were not my cat. After four months, he was seen by a lady who fed foxes at the bottom of her garden and she phoned me. The rest is history! Wonderful to have Bertie back home!

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I payed for the premium option and a private number but the report did not display my number, instead it displayed ERROR!. The private number they gave me also didn’t work. I asked them to fix the problem 5 times and they never did. So now I’m having to close my report to chase up a refund and then resubmit a new report. Terrible.

Pet returned home
Having the the site to post Eddie details on gave me hope that he would be found. Although he returned home with out any correspondence with the public it is a helpful free of charge service.
