Purchased 2 Danish Design newton truffle box duvet beds for my lurchers. Super product, very thick and luxurious and the dogs love them. Look great in my newly decorated kitchen. Bought from Pet Monkey as they were the best price I could find anywhere. Very smooth transaction and great communication with regards to delivery. Will definitely use this company again

Worst experience, AVOID
Worst experience, received the rabbit food open with the contents in the box, the company took no responsibility or was helpful what so ever.
First and last time I will ever use them. Disgusting customer service! avoid!

We are very sorry to hear that the product did not arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately the bag of rabbit food split in transit. Couriers are not known for their gentle treatment of parcels sadly but we are very happy that you did receive the product and that the outer box did do its job and contained the product safely.

Placed order and arrived within 3 days. I loved the shiny bubble wrap packaging which was very protective and looked good.
The item is exactly what I wanted and the price was very competitive.

Good all round tank
Very pleased with my new tank, just what I was looking for. Exact size for space available, just had to add another pump as the one supplied was not as powerful as I usually have. My only criticism is I had to buy a heater for what was to be a cold water tank
