I was unable to sign up on line as your birthdates did not recognize anyone that was born prior to 1950 which excluded me from signing up. I had to call the customer service number and Ken was as helpful as he could be. But even he could not sign me up as your system would not allow him to open my account. I had to input my credit card 3 times before I was finally able to get an account opened. And it took the assistance of Ken's supervisor "Steve". After about a hour of back and forth the account was finally established. Thank you Steve and Ken.
Now I see that my credit card was charged not for one month but two months at the same time. I did not remember hearing about that. Perhaps I missed that in the fine print. Or maybe now I have a double billing problem. If your claims settlement is this bad I will probably be a short time customer. I am anxious about your systems and I am waiting on the next crisis to happen. Your people are nice and is the only reason I am a new customer.

Nationwide is the WORST. I’ve been with them for 5 years then they ask me to update my card for my autopay, which I do, then they don’t back charge it and cancel my policy!! Then when I try to get it back they charge me more and my pet went without coverage for a few months before I noticed!! Awful, shady practices. I will NEVER use them again.

Nationwide is always easy to use, whether it is to add a pet to the policy for coverage or to submit a claim for an existing pet, everything is straightforward and simple to navigate.

The service was fast and friendly. Already have one pet insured and he made it very easy to add another. Very satisfied.

I was utterly amazed and privileged to work with Christy for all of her knowledge and patience with my frustration with big companies. She explained everything thoroughly, let me push back and interrupt you to make sure I understood it in my own language, and she also didn’t read for a script like so many people on 800 numbers do.
